Did you ever play The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction? That had a crap-ton of side missions dressed up as minigames, and almost all of them were different.Fightgarr said:Now the 150 different missions? Well I can already assume that they being different is bullshit. There aren't enough gameplay elements in any sandbox game I can think of to make each mission different. I commend them on the intent, but I can't say I expect 150 unique missions. I will, however, look forward to seeing exactly what effect the different armors will actually have on your appearance.
I think what they mean is that they each have a different mission structure. In other words you aren't necessarily going to be doing a different thing every time, but doing it in a different way every time. Also when they say 150 missions, that is also including the supposedly spontanious ones that happen unexpectedly, like getting robbed then having to chase down the guy (or not if you don't want to) that stole your money, or being spotted by a messanger who you chase down so that the enemy isn't alerted to your presence.Fightgarr said:Well it seems that every game now attempts an aside mentioning sex in hopes that it will have Mass Effect-like sales boosts. Its not a bad strategy perse but it is something which many companies are doing. Mass Effect is continuing with it, Alpha Protocol, The Witcher[footnote]Tried.[/footnote] and others which I don't remember the names of are also trying this strategy. I guess its successful enough considering most people's willingness to buy into something via sex appeal.

If violent games make kids wanna murder, this will make kids wanna rape.Machines Are Us said:Does this mean it will be banned in Australia then?
Wear red sleeves, that way there won't be any blood that shows on them. Although admittedly I felt that that was one of the more intriguing things I noticed from the gameplay trailers.DAMG said:I like the customization factor; I always found it odd for an assassin to wear all white. That, and I always found intrigue in a customizable rogue, choose to be the all-black-night ninja, blend with everyday crowd by looking "normal," or just kill shit... ooor be the weird guy that wears all-white, alerting everyone of his crime with his blood-soaked cloth. Though I wish there was more shadow play, there are little-to-no stealth games on the 360...and PS3. Maybe something will be implemented with the dynamic-day cycle.
it's coming out. i think that usually means australia's ratings board will give it the ban-hammer.Machines Are Us said:Does this mean it will be banned in Australia then?
That will make the game worth the price alone.Gorbek said:I at least hope I'll be able to dismount in mid air, imagine it DEATH FROM ABOVE! Swoop in, jump from underneath your flying machine, hidden blade the target than run like hell.
That would be pretty awesome but imagine hidden blades in your shoes? Then kicking them XD.Gorbek said:I at least hope I'll be able to dismount in mid air, imagine it DEATH FROM ABOVE! Swoop in, jump from underneath your flying machine, hidden blade the target than run like hell.
