Good gods! I hope someone removed those children's eyes and cleansed them with fire! This would be terrible else!

Someone also said that there was a woman in the ladies changing room walking around naked while a young lad was in there.
What was a boy doing in the womens' changing room?
Because it's that or send a small child on their own to the men's changing room.

It's always about the children, isn't it?

Seriously, kids need to know that there will be naked people in change rooms. I'm quite positive that they're naked when they bathe, so they can't feel that distressed when somebody else is for a split second.

I remember when I was younger in changing rooms. I was surprised that everyone was getting naked at first, but I wasn't like "OMG PENISES, PENISES EVERYWHERE!"

I lived guys, by the looks of things, so did everyone else.

That said, change fast, if these people were just lounging around with their bits and pieces hanging out then thats kind of creepy.

On a semi-related note. I was at a beach, thus must have been like five or six years ago, and their was a little park, so me and my brother were playing on it when I noticed a younger girl, about 5 or 6. Without her shirt on running around. She was flat chested, so no boobs, and I thought it was a guy at first, but yea. Kind of surprised that parents would let her do that, but it wasnt like their was much to hide anyway.

I remeber when I first saw a naked female, I was in the second grade, and our class had a girl who would sometimes compulsivley strip off all her clothes, and as of this moment I haven't raped a single person, so I guess exposing children to nudity doesn't turn them into some kind of sexual deviant, so I guess the dangers of exposing kids to nudity doesn't actually exist.

I'm perfectly fine with public changing rooms, despite the horror of the occasional man-that-is-too-fat-for-his-own-good-nude that I might witness. I have no reservations about being nude around other people, either in a sexual situation or a purely platonic situation such as.. changing my clothes.

Also, children do not see nudity as having sexual connotations. To them, nude people are pretty much akin to accidentally walking in on your parents at home. It's primarily adults in this society that have their minds in a twist about obsessively placing simple nudity and sexual connotation on the same level every time, and freaking out about said nudity "corrupting" people. Ah, how I hate the prudishness/fear of nudity that certain religions has influenced our society with in modern reality..

Well it is a changing room... You know the things you change your clothes in.

As long as the naked people aren't running around trying to give kids hugs or something i don't see anything to terrible about it.

Heaven forbid a kid see's something that they see everyday when going to the bathroom.

Public changing rooms always made me uncomfortable as a kid, I didn't want to be seeing all that old nakedness.

I accept that I need to get changed there, but I do it quickly, trousers and pants off, swimshorts on, done.

I don't get all these dudes who seem to just be wandering around naked for lols, it's unnecessary.

I also find it interesting that it's ok to be naked as long as it's in the properly appointed place, but if I want to be naked in my back garden I'm shit outta luck.

Sorry, but can the topicstarter explain to me how you can change to your swimwear, if you can't be naked in a changing room?
I was about to ask the same thing, then deleted it.
It's seriously boggling me.

It's like parents are looking for things to complain about.
How about going swimming where there's seperate changing rooms?

... it's a changing room. People are SUPPOSED to be naked in there.

If you are in your private garden, and you're naked, and someone's kid sees you, that's not grounds for arrest in any country I'm aware of.

There's nothing wrong with nudity. Seeing naked people certainly does not harm children. After all, Children spend a lot of time naked, so most of them see nothing wrong with it. It's only PARENTS who care about nudity. Silly parents, usually.

Nudity is a terrible and unnatural thing that children should not be exposed to.
Breasts and penises are filthy lies and young ones are so impressionable. What if they get it into their heads that everyone has genitals.

What if one saw a bum and realised everybody poops.
I just read that in your avatars voice.

Semi OT:

EVERYBODY! I am naked underneath my clothes!

That is all.

EDIT: That is not all actually.

Seriously, I would like more nudity in public. I would like to see the female breast desexualised, and so on and so forth.

Also, public changing rooms aren't that bad, but parents world wide, please make sure you take your kid into the appropriate changing room. Not that it is bad... Just, y'know awkward.

Yeah...

I don't care about the nudity bit, only it always seems to be old men changing. It's a tad gross. :p

Yeah you're kinda supposed to do that. It's called a changing room. If you can't 'handle' nude people then you're going to have a hard time coping in society[sub]Oh grow up![/sub]. You're going to be seeing nude people throughout your life so why not start early? Hell maybe that's why changing rooms were invented! To desensitize the young!

Lucky boy.
This is the kind of attitude I like seeing.

Kids won't get psychologically scarred from seeing boobs, vaginas or penises, regardless of how "ugly" they may be. HOPEFULLY, instead they'll see that people come in all sizes, shapes and forms and won't grow up thinking Barbies are anatomically correct or something.
Actually, i'm pretty sure seeing vaginas would be traumatizing, since they'd have to stick their heads up there to see that. However, if you mean vulvas, then you'd be correct. Aside from that, i agree 100% with your statement.
Most hilarious post I've seen all day. This is the morning by the way.

I went swimming yesterday and in the changing room there were loads of blokes walking around naked. It doesn't bother me that they are doing that but, as it was a Sunday, there were a number of children in there too, around 7 years old or so, and the blokes that were walking around naked had nothing to do with the kids (E.G wasn't a parent). Someone also said that there was a woman in the ladies changing room walking around naked while a young lad was in there.

People shouldn't be walking around naked when there are young children around, even if it's a changing room. If i walked around my garden naked and my neighbour's young children saw me i would probably be arrested for it. What do you think?
They were in a room, sectioned off from the public eye, that was specifically designated for changing clothes. Now, where I come from, changing one's clothes generally involves removing them first.

But hey, maybe I'm just not dexterous enough to pull a Zoolander and pull my boxers out of my pants without ever taking the latter off.

Also, you're complaining about a woman being naked in the changing room...because there was a young boy there? That's like a burglar complaining about indecent exposure when he walked in on a married couple screwing while he was breaking into their house.

Are OP serious? Kids can handle it. Even since I was around the age of 6 or 7 I've seen naked men in the changing rooms of the local swimming pool. Do you really think kids will be like "OH GOD what have I seen I am scarred for life"?

Yeah, it's not really that big of a deal if its the same sex.
The kids shouldn't really even be in the changing room/locker room.
