The combat seems dull as ditchwater and the animation is crummy. Basically like Fallout 3. Also, NPCs still do that bloody face-zoom eye-contact thing.

On the upside, the environments look nice and the dragons look cool.

I was slightly worried that the UI would be "consoley" and massive, causing my eyes to bleed, but I assume if it is there will be mods to fix it like with Oblivion.

Also I'm worried that the 3rd person finisher sequences won't be able to be turned off. It's really fucking jarring to be playing a game like Skyrim and get jerked out of first person perspective to watch my character kill someone, then jump back in to first person. It would make me loose track of all the enemies around me. And it looks WAY cooler to see my own arms reach out and jab my sword through someone's back. I mean, look at the game-play demo, 3rd person kills looked dumb, while 1st person kills gave me a semi.

At the bakery where i work, 11.11.11 is going to be, by far, the busiest day of the year for wedding cakes, so i won't be able to play it when i get it.

I am just worried how well it will work on my pc. Also if the world is to small and can be explored very easily.

I'm worried that I'm going to lose sight of my goal like I did in Oblivion and in Fallout 3 because the main quests are all of like 2 hours long, and the other 99% of the game is completely worthless side-quests.

Same thing I always worry about Elder Scrolls games.

Are the animations going to be as shitty as ever?
Is the story going to continue to be dumbed down?
Is the leveling system going to work?

I'll still really like it if these issues and others aren't fixed though.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing worrys me about it.

Ive watched every video, read every preview and compiled a list of every fact i could grace my eyes with. It surpasses my every expectation, and it HURTS me. Physically cripples me to not be able to play it at this moment.

Yeah, i know. I have some strange fetish for Skyrim. >.>; Everyone tells me so. But honestly, nothing worries me about it.

I think the only concern I have is the Civil war in Skyrim and the role it plays in the game and having to choose between the Stormcloak rebels and the Imperial Army.

as interesting as it sounds, one thought came to me: "what? no option to take both groups on? I wanna chance to rule Skyrim!"

But even then, it might just be a nitpick on my part.

And you know how Shivering Isles from Oblivion makes it possible you can gain the title of a Daedric Lord, yet all you get are some gimicky perks?

I suspect Bethesda might pull something like that off in this game.

For me its,
-The UI is a bit weird and bland
-From the videos ive seen the majority of the environments seem a bit grey and gritty compared to the lush green environments i loved in oblivion
-im not sure about the finishing moves in combat that you have no control over (there sort of cut scene type things)
-The way the health mana fatigue bars are layed out and how big they are (i suppose that comes under UI)
All I can think of right now, it still looks amazing and i'll be picking up my preorder on 11.11.11
Well, regarding the environments, I didn't see much of a problem with them but just remember: it's not even close to all of the open world available to you. I saw some forest areas that were just so lush and beautiful after all.

The UI I can't really comment on, from what I know they just went for simplicity, which is never really a bad idea.

The finishing moves seemed kind of cool, just a little extra spice to your kills. I doubt it will be for every single target you defeat. It seemed to just be a random occurance, or if you defeat a particularly hard enemy (like a dragon). I think it's guaranteed in the case of assassinating your target through stealth (and come on, how satisfying will that be?)

Just remember that it's not out just yet, so changes might still be made. Plus, I assume you can edit your UI in the game options. The waits almost over, come on skyrim!

the only thing im worried about vis a vis Skyrim is the sort of looks I might get at the checkout after saying, "actually no, I won't be needing a bag, thanks" before walking out of the store with the game shoved into my pants. touching the bits. rubbin up against the LOOK I WANT TO FUCK THIS GAME, OK?

What did Yahtzee say? In the movie industry, the more hype given a movie, the more chance of a monster turd? Well, this is another case of "I'd expect nothing more in the box than a dead mouse and the Ebola virus."

i worry about it becoming less hardcore, now i know oblivion and morrowwind where by no means demon souls or i wanna be the guy, but still there was a learning curve which went 90 degree's after awhile which i loved. i don't want this game to feel like a dragon slaying first person fable, where it trys so hard to suck your dick it forgets it needs to be a immersive roleplaying game and not a 60$ whore.

The way I see it, it'll either be godly, or the next major disappointment. It's Bethesda so I got faith in them, it's a new engine sure, but I ain't ... TOO worried at least. I mean hell what's the worse that could happen?
Game breaking bugs? Probably things that will be fixable, all I hope is it's got the sheer.... whatever you want to call it that oblivion had, the fact there was just so bloody much. You could be sneaking around a castle to steal some food, only to to see a torch usable and finds it opens a secret entrance into the wall!
Things like that made oblivion just special, simply 'more than needed' to make it truly amazing, I just hope they had time to pump in things like that into Skyrim, rather than focusing on the graphics.

My only 2 worries are that I won't have the money for it and my 360 won't be fixed in time.

The overworld seems a bit...empty. Granted, there were stretches of land in Cyrodil that were empty but judging from the trailers, the map is empty overall with only scattered cities and towns
