So let's see... Jacking up the price on things that are less expensive even in other Emirates.

Heavy construction everywhere to the extent that a lot of projects remain unfinished and "Frozen".

A very stupid and very unreasonable banning system which has led to the prohibition of GTAIV, and Call of Duty 4 for very stupid reasons.

No such thing as a "Used Game" market here.

Endless censorship of the most inane shit ever, often leading to very hackneyed versions of movies and books.

Inconsistent market where everything has a timed "worth" up to about a year or so, and when it ends, it ends. As a result that's led to games like Halo 3 to essentially become "Dead Products"

Hot Weather. But then again I'm in a city in the middle of the fucking desert, so what do I expect?

Piss Poor Toll Gate System that taxes people whenever they want to go to one major part of the city to another. As a result, that's led to traffic problems that it was meant to solve in the first place.

A fucking Metro system that is only really giving the shaft to businesses in places like Mall of the emirates because they are putting a toll gate for parking that's maximum for 2 hours.

Extremely synthetic look. It feels a bit like plastic. Feels good and looks good, but you can tell of the bat that it isn't natural in anyway at all.
What part of Dubai do you live in?
I live in Jumeira.

Considering that I am to lazy to care for my country I can't really hang my head in shame about it.

I do hate how we started a war in Iraq.

If you couldn't guess I am American.

I think the worst thing about Canada has got to be the way we treat natives or rather just how many of the reserves are masive shit holes, basicly like 500 someodd third world nations within one fairly nice one.

Also you would think that we signed kyoto as a joke for all we've done on that front.

That recent business with Indian exchange students. There's been accusations of unis and colleges ripping them off, which I don't know enough about to comment on, as well increased attacks against Indian students. That shits me right off. This is Australia dammit, we're reasonably well off and well educated, why do people still think it's acceptable to pick on minority groups. There's no need for it. Now in India Australia is seen as a racist country.
Wait, what?

I hate how everyone is so scared about the economy in America, just chill.
It's more hilarious to look at everyone's fear of the healthcare reform. All of the town hall meetings sound like riots, and pretty much consist of,

"OMFGWTFBBQCHICKEN DEATH PANELS? DON'T KILL MY GRANDMAAAA!!!!!111!!!!!11!"
"OBAMA ARE NOOB FOR REFORMING HEALTHCARE LIKE SOCIALISTS. :("

Add to all the screaming and yelling in Town Halls, and instead of Freedom of Speech, it should just be called,

"Freedom of Screech"

The most current thing though is the ridiculous stand some politicans take when it comes to games (especially FPS)
I see no reason why modern day germans should be held responsible for the actions of a nutjob austrian. It shouldn't be forgotten, neither swelled in.

I'm from Finland and I'll say our behaviour as tourists: we shout, drink too much, fight, break things and complain constantly.

Personally, I'm Australian, so the obvious choice is this.

What are yours?

~EDIT~

You have to give your country as well :p
Do all the female Australian rockbands have Adam's Apples?

Hence the link -.-
But mainly it's just the fact that none of them have any talent, and the lead singer is god awful. INTERESTING ASIDE!! The word "awful" has the same literal meaning as awesome, which literally means "full of awe." Likewise, awful means full of awe. Therefore, god awful means, 'full of awe for God', and is therefore literally and literally only, extremely high praise.

Huh.

Maybe I'll just stamp their lead singer as "shit."

2000-2008 (BUSH), the south, couple of girls at my school who have no clue as to what the US Marines are/do, bush, and the media.
