Games arent made complex enough as they used to be. When I borrow Baldurs Gate 2 to someone they say its crap even if they are RPG fans because they cant know whole game in 1 minute. Games are being dumbed down too much and players no longer want to think while playing.

The saddest thing to me is close-minded fans. I was just browsing around checking out BioShock: Infinite, because it looks promising to me despite me not being able to play past 2 hours of the first game before succumbing to anxiety (I'm a super-jumpy person...) and I come across some people who are angry about the setting because apparently the prefix "Bio" means "water" nowadays...

Talk about foolish. This guy has put a blindfold over his eyes with ITS NOT UNDERWATER written on it. 'It's underwater and you can't get out.' Technically you can get out of Infinite's world but you won't survive. If anything, its worse. Freedom is all around you, taunting you. You could damn it all and jump off, leaving it all behind but the protagonist would become a splat in a field.

I'll admit thats its not as scary as being stuck in what is essentially a creaking underwater coffin full of things trying to kill you as it falls apart and threatens to drown you. Just don't judge the game on one premise. Bioshock would have been nothing if not for the content and what happens while you are in Rapture. The whole game being good doesn't depend on being many fathoms under the sea.

When the game was fun to play when I first bought it but over the years it change into something else. The next thing I know it had become a game for elitism and relying on premade stuff to succeed. *cough *cough Guild Wars.

-When females have very large breasts and wear very small bits of clothing
-Extreme fan-boys
-Horrible PC to console ports, and horrible console to PC ports
-When upgrade menus can completely break the game, by giving you the best, really early on
-when a game is released early or on-time but full of bugs and is just horrible.( Seriously, I dont mind if you push back the release date to get of these issues! )

Seeing one part of a game fall apart as another well done part of the game struggles to hold up everything on its shoulders

The trend among fighting games to include a character who is a near carbon-copy of another character rather than use that roster spot for a unique and interesting character.

For instance, SSBB. I can forgive Wolf and Luigi, as they were differentiated from Fox and Mario enough to be similar but separate. Then there is Toon Link, who is essentially Link but smaller and with a different model. The differences between him and Link are superficial at best. The same goes for Gannondorf, who is a slower Captain Falcon.
The problem is that they could have easily cut out Toon Link for a more interesting character, and Gannondorf has a myriad of fighting styles from the other Zelda games he could have used! But Nintendo succeeded in avoiding ALL OF THEM.

Then the fact that in MVC3 they could have cut out Akuma, who is mostly identical to Ryu, and used Frank West!
