Diagnosed as a psychopath.
No one in my class knows this, or that im incredibly douchey, manipulative, cruel, corrupt and evil when not in school. Most of them do however know that im bi, while the seem to think im gay o_O
Even so, a psychiatrist isn't supposed to put any diagnosis until you're around 19, I think. All my psychology professors told us that until that age most teens comes off as "psychopathic" because that's the stage when you're trying to figure out who you are and you start experimenting, etcetera. Basically, your mind and personality aren't developed enough for any shrink to give you a diagnosis.

Amen to that. There are loads other topics, infinitely more interesting too, that can be discussed.

I am learning a combination of gymnastics, martial arts and break-dancing.

It's a slow process, but I can do some of it alright.

I'm a student, so people automatically assume that I party constantly, so they're surprised to find out that I never go out to nightclubs and haven't had alcohol in around 16 months.

When I came to uni, I was very extroverted and made friends very quickly (I also danced on a table after shotgunning several energy drinks) so people are always shocked to know that in school I had very few friends and was very shy.

I walk around with a smile on my face and endeavour to make people laugh, so it's usually quite a surprise to know that I suffer from manic depression a lot of the time, but I hate telling people because I'm afraid they'll treat me differently if they know.

Most people who know me don't realise how much of a nerd I am. They see a well dressed partier with a penchant for expensive clothing and my leather jacket (+hood, a la Alex Mercer) and who has far more female friends than male friends. They don't know that I've clocked up several MONTHS in WoW, and have blown off social gatherings to finish a game of Civ, or to play Morrowind.

Most people are surprised to hear me talk to my best friend in depth about gaming mechanics, developers, and gaming culture in general.

Oh, and I'm exclusively left-handed for 3 months, while I'm normally a righty. Typing this with only the one hand.

Edit: I also work as a salesman at a popular Australian technology store. I made anywhere between 500 and a 1000 AUD a week when I was working full time. I single-handedly moved $33,000 worth of stock in a weekend. The underhanded nature of my profession is at odds with the course I'm doing at university. I'm studying to become a Psychologist, because I had my life saved by one, and I want to spend my life helping others in the same capacity. Many people know my choice of study, but not even a handful know my reasons.

For someone who acts like I do, that's not normally the first conclusion.

I'm a girl.

Seriously (though I get mistaken for a guy frequently on-line and off), um... I guess on-line people would be surprised to know I have a history of mental illness and rarely talk to people 9partly 'cause I have trouble speaking due to permanent chronic paraesthesia in part of my face), and off-line they'd be surprised to know I'm gay. Not that I hide it, it's just not obvious for whatever reason. I guess the talking thing would surprise them to, on-line I tend to forget how to shut up. And my almost-kinda-possibly Pagan beliefs. And my interest in politics.

Actually, I think people in RL would be surprised by pretty much everything...

Honestly? - I am in between jobs and here in this area it's been hell to find one and people feel sorry for me all the time, but what they don't know is: I actually enjoy being a housewife and a caretaker to this house.

Not only that, we can definitely afford me being a housewife. My husband doesn't mind and has found he enjoys having someone at home. Don't get me wrong, if we couldn't afford it, I'd continue to try and get back to work. I wouldn't sit home and let us decline and end up homeless.

But believe it or not, my happiness with it - rubs a lot of people the wrong way. What is sad to me is, if I could pop out a few demon-spawn then they'd leave me alone. But not only do I not like kids in the first place, physically (I did go to the doctors) having children doesn't look like an option for me. Then again, I shouldn't have to have them to force people to let me be happy in my own way.

That I'm a really nice guy who goes out of his way to make people comfortable and happy. That I hunt and enjoy shooting. People are quite surprised when they learn one of these after the other. Most of the people are from the city and people have less awareness/knowledge of guns in Australia.

Also I pluck my eyebrows.

Self-Explanatory. Post something about yourself that people over the internet or in real life would be surprised to know about you.

For one, I have both ADHD and Bipolar. People don't usually suspect that since I can't really get any calmer than I am. I don't snap too often either and I know how to ignore people (To a certain extent)

Over the internet, people might not know that I am completely unsocial and avoid every social situation possible. I find conversations awkward and am reluctant to ever start a conversation. My social skills are absolute crap. If I can avoid the situation I do, but if not, I try to isolate myself as much as possible and not stand out.

Oh, right, and I'm 15 and I'm a guy. Avatar gives the wrong impression and I'm not an idiot who uses bad grammar and spelling in every post like most other peers...
Where have ya been all my life?

I have autism. Not to the degree that i'm developmentally challenged, but i'm still antisocial to the degree that it reaches full blown misanthropy. Yet i tend to get along with people who are socially awkward due to mental illness or mental scars (Or a combination of both as it often is).

Though i'm open about this, and it doesn't fit with the topic. What people don't know about me is that the reason i go out of my way to be honest is because lying is too easy for me. It isn't out of a sense of "Lying is bad" or personal honor, it's because i'm such a convincing liar i had to be honest in order to challenge myself, my way of staving off self-flagellation.
