I'm a triathlete. Not iron man or anything but I can complete a standard triathlon. People look at me and just see geek but I'm actually reasonably athletic. I'm not a particularly strong swimmer though so I normally run in a team consisting of my girlfriend (swimmer) my buddy (runner) and me (biking).

OT: 1. I'm occasionally psychotic and i want to kill some people all of the time yet I hate fighting, however people always think i like fighting because of my thick scouse (North-west Englad, Liverpool) accent.
2. I'm a black belt third dan in ju-jitsu, no one would espect this from looking at me as I'm a small nerdy guy.
3. I play WoW, people don't expect this of me as they think that I just sit at home and read books all day.
4. I am a huge Tolkien nerd, I have first edition copies of The Silmarillion, The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings (they were my grandads, he left them to me when he died), plus I have the one ring poem in black speech on a canvas in my living room. (done by an excellent caligrapher friend)

Probably that I'm into online play as you post roleplaying (on this site indeed), as IRL I'm considered to be a little bit geeky by my friends but mostly "normal" if you put it that way. People would probably also be surprised (and perhaps take it the wrong way if you know what I mean) that in my current main roleplay my character is a little girl, although I have already got a bit of a reputation among people who know me for being good with kids for my age.

Well, I kinda open up on the internet, so those who know me IRL wouldn't know that:

I like most music - even mainstream pop (I even hide this online tbh), though I try not to listen to it.

I love anime.

I disdain most people I speak to, and am not really interested at all in their boring weekend. I see the time I spend with them as something to speed the hours by, untill I can be left to my own devices again.

I often have far more unpleasant things to say in a given circumstance than I do.

I subconsciously mimic what people in a way that makes seems to make them all amicable, but I wish I didn't, as it means it's very hard to be me.

I'm not as insane as people make me out to be I just say things that make you think that I am but really I'm just getting my cheap kicks out of an ordinary boring day.

But the most shocking would be that I'm really just kinda of a boring person because I don't go out much and its not because I'm antisocial it's because I can't really go out and do something that's free, sure there's those stupid house parties but that always tuns out bad some how.
