Judo. It may sound sadistic to gain joy by throwing people like ragdolls but its very calming. Martial arts are a lot more then just fighting. Furthermore, when you do it right they dont get hurt. Unless you want them too and throw them into a wall, table, chair, rocks, sharp object, ect.
