Question whats the translation of Desu?

Easiest way to explain it is that it's a "word" that can change depending on context.

It usually means is/are/am.

"Watashi wa GodsOneMistake Desu" = I am GodsOneMistake
"Neko wa kawaii desu" = Cat's are cute
"Samui desu" = It's cold

It can be more complicated than that, but that's the general use for it.
