Greetings fellow Escapists! Now, I've been watching a fair bit of movies lately, and I've noticed a few things that annoyed me in them!
First off: In sequels, when the characters in the last movie are recast. Now I know that sometimes actors just can't come back, but what annoys me about it is when the replacement is just totally NOT the previous actor. Example: In the movie "Daddy Day Care", the main character is played by Eddie Murphy, and in the sequel, his character is now played by Cuba Gooding Jr.
Second: In Prequels, when they show characters that are in the chronologically second movie "in mortal peril". That just ruins any sort of suspense for me, because I know they'll survive one way or another. Example is in the Star Wars series.
So my fellow Escapians, what pisses you off in movies?
