When some random developer complains about his/her coworkers, his/her bosses, or follow workers in the game industry I don't automatically assume the person is right.
This could be though because my favorite developers, writers, and designers, I haven't seen ***** yet though. Generally, they seem to be smart enough to not say rude or bad things about people they could be working with again in the future or about others in the industry.

Besides that I don't think I'm that different from what I seen posted typically here.

I wasn't aware we were stereotyped.
Any more secrets to share with me?!
I found every Mario game in the history of everything to be awful.
That makes me one in 6 billion I guess!

I'm female and I still have faith in humanity. Is there even an Escapist stereotype?

I LOVE GAME STOP!!!!
I play a sport: Hockey (kinda)
I think graphics are the least important quality of a movie/game
I don't mind repeat threads
and Red Dead Redemption is boring as hell (so far have not heard anyone agree with me)

I have not lost faith in humanity.

I liked MW2, both single and multiplayer.

I'm not a Grammar or Searchbar Nazi.

I am not a huge fan of anime or manga.

I don't hate things.

I think Halo is a pretty cool dude.

Other than that I don't think I go against the Escapist stereotype. I'm atheist, male, an avid gamer, and I'm a bit elitist. Then of course I don't even fully realize what the "Escapist Stereotype" is. It has something to do with the subjects I mentioned but beyond that, I have no idea.

Pielikey, is there anything you don't hate?

I find Halo to be the best series ever made, I found Half-Life 2 to be a very "meh" game and I have not enjoyed a game on my PC in years.

I've spent more time on here than in actual games.

I dislike *arguments* on the internet, and don't participate.

I think D&D is boring as all hell.

I haven't played an RPG that I've liked; save Fallout 3, cuz, you know, guns.

I avoid the Religion & Politics threads at all costs.

I've only ever watched 2 anime series' in my life, and they are both considered either americanized or arbitrary.

I hate, hate, HATE the idea of using a console controller outside of the NES or SNES.

I don't feel disdain towards mindless, gory fun in my games, because why the hell NOT?

Yeah, I think I fit the stereotype very well.
Also, I have never liked Playstation. Ever.
EDIT: I also don't like anime, manga, hentai, Jrpgs, J-pop, J-rock or pretty much any entertainment form to come out of Japan. Except for Metal Gear Solid 1 and 2.
I also don't like porn. It does very little for me.
I love whale meat.
Well, perhaps I'm not all that stereotyped after all?

-I am Christian
-I don't think any platform is inherantly better than any ther platform
-I don't think Superman 64 falls into even the top 50 worst games ever made
-I have only played 1 vavle game (Half Life) and didn't like it
-I find most of what Yahtzee says a load of crap meant for entertainment and not to be taken seriously from the perspective of any gamer. (Although, I do find him entertaining.)
-I don't wish any game "didn't exist" or necessarily "should be put to rest".
-I have a huge respect for Nintendo and like them. (Even though I haven't bought anything from Nintendo since the N64 - I am not their target demographic)
