Things that the fans have ruined for you

I wasn't going to post here as I'm usually fairly tolerant with fandoms, but...

V for Vendetta, specifically V's outfit. I think he looks really cool, and I love the mask, but since it's become the symbol of Anonymous and the Occupy movement it'd be impossible to wear it as a costume.

This. I genuinely want one of those masks (because of how cool and mysterious they look, especially while being worn by V in the film), but if I ever bought one, it'd be way to easily assumed that I am associated with that group, which couldn't be any more wrong.

LoL and CoD's userbase makes them completely unplayable. CoD's is impossible to deal with and actively promotes horrible design choices that ruin the game (Shipment, Rust or Nuketown, anyone?)

LoL is just stacked with terrible players that think they're great and scream and moan and ***** till you quit. Unless you have 4 friends on hand fuck LoL.

MLP's userbase is optional, you're forced to interact with the other two in order to play.

Atheism or Theism, extremist fans make you look like a tit no matter where you lie on this.

I enjoy wrestling as well, and, like you, some of its fans annoy the shit out of me. They do that "WHAT?!" crap waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too often now. Sometimes to the point that it takes the focus off the melodramatic (read: awesome) crap that the wrestlers are saying.

And all that Twitter bullshit... I don't care what wrestler X diva marries. You know who does? Well I can tell you who doesn't: adults in their right mind.
