As the title says, what can you physically not do?

Me, I can't do push-ups. I'm double jointed in my elbow and possibly my wrists, so I can't bend them the way you have to in order to do a push up. My double-jointedness is also why I can't do bench press.

Whistling or spitting. I don't really try with the spitting but I have had lots of people try to teach me to whistle and I just can't do it. :/

Lick my elbow, gruesomely and oddly fascinatingly contort my eyebrows. I know of people who can do these... My eye-brow friend is more animated than a damn cartoon character.

Standing up for prolonged periods of time.
Admittedly, I am wearing a hiking bag most days at college just to carry all of my work in... but yeah.

Whistling. As hard as I try...

I think that's about it, apart from the obvious ones like not being able to fly or become the King of Belarus when I snap my fingers.

Any thing is possible if you put your mind to it.Unless Chuck Norris can't do it...and flying....and breathing in space....and lifting a train.....beating ninja gaiden 2 on the hardest difficulty without getting harmed in any way.

As I found out at a convention last year, I cannot stand for more than 5 hours and expect to be able to walk the next day or 3 without serious, prescription level painkillers. I'm only -currently- physically incapable of this. If I get more fit and actually take the painkillers I've been prescribed to reduce swelling in my joints then it shouldn't be a problem.
