Old school CRPG Unit Interfaces. Planescape Torment is a great game, but its combat interface is horrendous. Why do I need to hold down right mouse button to open my attack menu?

The extremely horrible looking 3D games. I mean, lets face it most of the N64/PS1 3D games look like SHIT. And the sad part is even though the games didn't have a lot of graphical power or anything doesn't mean they can't look good. For example, my two favorite N64 games:

Granted, they don't look very good graphically and yes they did pretty much push the system to its limits, but because of good programming and a great team working on the visuals both of those games, while dated, still look pretty nice (or at least not cringe-worthy such as
Ya, might have been fine for back then but now... ehhhh.... All I know is I can still get lost in the world of Ocarina of Time without having to look past its visuals. Not many games can say that, at least from that day and age.

Still, not gonna lie, there isn't much better than a good ol' retexture...

Crazy 30-digit passcodes that were used to save your game instead of an actual save file. Upper case, lower case, numbers, sometimes even punctuation symbols were used in these long, very specific codes. Probably the only good thing about this system is when developers add specific worded codes to do specific things, such as making zero-suit Samus playable.

Oh I've another one. Having to hold down a button before you can even use attack buttons. I'm looking at you Silent Hills 1 through 4.

I think Resident Evil 4 would fall into this too, but I'd imagine shooting blindly in that game would be suicide.
