Ok you will need to follow the instructions. Put your arms out straight ahead, palms together. Now flip hands over (backs together) then put them on opposite sides (left hand is on the right and right hand is on the left) and clasp them together. Now twist them into your chest so that they rest under your chin. Next (one arm should be on top of the other) put the elbow of the arm resting on your chest, through the gap made by the other arm's elbow. Now put your head through the gap between your forearms. Now pull the elbow furthest from your face off the other, and then pull it backwards off your head. Now you arms should be in this position *Now twist them into your chest so that they rest under your chin.* but they should be beside your head. Now twist them away from your chest into the orignal *clasped* position. At no time should the hands become *unclasped* during the whole thing (with exception to the first two steps/before they are first clasped)
