Seriously, I had never heard of it until a few months ago. Not even lying

Also, Avenged Sevenfold, Wubstep and basically anything that becomes popular with the public for the most part...

Does this make me a reverse hipster?

Mass Effect, which is the most philosophically engaging work of artistic and intellectual brilliance I have ever had the privilege to experience. I still can't stop thinking about that game everyday.
A true philosophical work gives understanding it doesn't kick you in the face when you make decisions the dev team disagrees with.

I was watching Game Grumps before it went mainstream.

OT: Gonna have to go with Persona 4.

When I joined this site, I had no idea what it was. I made a thread for people to suggest some PS2 games that I would like and WHABAAM, I got to play the best game ever made.

Joining this site was the best decision of my life.
***** PLEASE
I played motherfucking MINECRAFT before it was mainstream. Did you know you were once able to spawn other Steves by pressing like, the Q button, and there were no dangers WHATSOEVER? YEAH. I PLAYED MINECRAFT LIKE. THREE YEARS AGO. CAN'T GET MORE HIPSTER THAN THAT
....right? :<

Escape from New York.

Only saw it for the first time in March I think. It's now my favourite film.

Game Grumps.

I really didn't feel like investing time into a youtube channel, but I watched one video and loved every bit of it.
I discovered Jontron not too long ago but it apears he doesnt update his show anymore :(

Game Grumps doesnt seem "structured" enough for my tastes..and I kind of get VERY bored with people mucking about
That's just how Jontron has always been. Watch his previous videos, and he addresses the fact he takes forever on Videos. One of his videos, in fact, delayed last Halloween because his computer fried itself.

As for Game Grumps, I only watch videos of games I've actually played or want to play. It is a tad unstructured, but GG's LP's of Aladdin and Goof Troop are wonderful. Gave us this gif. worthy image on top of it. I wish I was gifted enough to make :11 to end of video a gif.

I did not know what they really were, but when i found one, touched it, felt it...

Tasted it and smelt it... I loved it...

I still, to this day, love vaginas.

I hadn't seen, heard, nor known of the existence of Firefly until about two years ago. It truly was love at first sight...

I only heard of a game called Persona that my older cousin happened to own, I knew nothing about the game, the story, or the gameplay, not even the genre. Years later he finally let me borrow 3 and told me to keep it until I beat it.
I LOVED IT! I asked him if I could borrow Persona 4 and before I even played it I thought "How can this top 3?"
DEAR LORD!!! Persona 4 wins my GOTY year award 2012 and every year after 2012, simply phenomenal.

Nutella sandwiches will most likely replace peanut butter sandwiches for the rest of my life.

People literally just started watching Game Grumps?! Got on that back when the channel first opened!

I didn't see Forest Gump until one day in 2010 I went to a Bubba Gump restaurant. My dad told me it was based off a movie. We rented the movie that day on our way back home. Why did I not see this film earlier!!!!!!
