Have you even played Halo 1? Halo 1 is amazing, especially when you remember it came out in 2001. Compared to other games from that time its amazing, and still is. Its the Sequels and the games that tried to copy Halo that suck. Anywho, If you want to hate Halo, thats fine, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I cant change that.

Anime. Yes, all of it, the entire genre. To be fair it really isn't even the actual shows that make me hate it, it's the VERY annoying anime fans who insist that it's the greatest form of entertainment in existence and do nothing but prattle on but X character from Y series.

That, and the art style is very un-appealing to me.

Also "sports" that only involve driving a motor vehicle. If the only physical exertion the person endures is g-shifts, it's not a sport. It's a game, a competition, even, but not a sport. Now, tank polo, there's a sport.

Football, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Paramore, X-Factor, Facebook, Twitter, Toy Story, orange women with blonde hair and no sense whatsoever, Katy Perry, alcoholic drinks, female lead singers, sports games, death metal (seriously, what the hell are they even saying?)and lastly, pop/rap music. I've only ever liked 'pop' music from the 80's, really.

Dislike of and confusion towards something average that attracts disproportionate praise is understandable. Those are encountered regularly, as humans agreeing on anything is absurd. But outright stating that you hate these things and are disgusted by them, that they're shit and can't understand why someone would enjoy them displays either massive arrogance and egocentricism or simply an inability to word one's thoughts. And the fact that you typed you hate Pixar immediately drops my estimation of your legitamacy by several points.

I had similar thoughts, but I wasn't sure how to articulate them. Anyone who fails to see any merit in The Hurt Locker, or Pixar's stellar films, clearly didn't want to like them in the first place.

Anyway, as for me, I simply cannot understand why everyone likes Jennifer Hale's voice acting in the Mass Effect games. Now, I haven't played as FemShep in the first game, but I can't imagine that she is much better than she is in the second. In ME2, she is terrible. Every scene felt like a chore: she delivered every line in a boring monotone. Additionally, her voice is one of the least feminine that I have heard in a while. She sounds like a 15 year old boy in a high school drama class who thinks that acting is "gay" and doesn't want to do it, but who needs the fine-arts class in order to graduate.
Even further, I hear that one of the main criticisms of her is that she "overacts"?! Am I missing something? She does the exact opposite of overacting!

I understand what you mean. The awfulness of somethings get blown way out of proportion on the internet. Still, I think middle schoolers and high schoolers have the right to rant, since they have to deal with overrated thing X almost every single day. Once you're in college or graduate from college, you can just ignore those things, but before then, you're pretty much stuck in a prison where everyone around you is giving overrated thing X a disproportionate amount of praise and just like the colorblind men in the cave, you come to believe that everyone outside of of school thinks exaclty the same thing, since you've never seen people who think differently. I don't know how I remembered all that. It's been almost ten years.

I like the rest of Valve's work...but this...I just don't enjoy it one bit. I can't even put my finger on why, really. I just find it really boring.

I hate jazz. I don't know why, something about it really annoys me, mainly the saxaphones. Perhaps it's because they look a bit like a curvy vuvuzela only with more details or something.
