I'd just like to ask all the people who don't get why people think alcohol tastes good what -kinds- of alcohol they've actually tasted.
I personally can't stand beer or vodka (the two most commmon drinks in England, it seems), but I love a nice glass of cava, champagne, armagnac or calvados.

I get the goth/emo kind, they want to look different, but what the hell is up with painting your face in the very same color it already has! Getting drunk. Seriously, I could write entire essays on why it's the most senseless form of punishment for your body. What do you honestly get out of it? Most people I talk to hate the taste of hard liquor, but drink it anyway. They hate waking up with a hangover, hate embarrassing themselves when they're drunk, and so on and so on. Yet so many people, even on these forums are all about getting hammered/plastered/whatever you want to call it.

I just don't get it.

Because its fun. Its fun to feel dizzy and woozy and happy. Its fun to go and socialise at parties doing silly things without wondering what people think about you. Plus it tastes nice.

Fashion is the only thing I really don't get. There are countless other things I dislike to some extent, but fashion just boggles me. Not so much dressing in a certain style, I understand that. I just don't get why it has to be something different every second.
Oh yeah, I don' really get why the internet turns people into smallminded idiots either. There's got to be more than anonymity to it.
