Christians - Christians who "get it" are great. My favorite most respected person in the universe is a Christian. It's the crazies that are the problem and ruining it for the rest of them.
Megan Fox - She actually appears to be a lot smarter than she acts, and quite willingly and pointedly typecasts herself because she doesn't give a crap what people think of her. I can't say she's a bad actor when the roles she plays are all the same "Megan Fox" role that she's good at... I'd like to see exactly what else she can do exactly.
Ubisoft - Gets a LOT of flack for DRM stuff that isn't actually very bad or inconvenient, and they're constantly improving.
I think they just genuinely tried to take some steps they thought were needed, aaaand those steps turned out to be less than ideal. Now they're undoing some of that stuff and trying to fix things.
They've always seemed more like a company trying to plan for the future and just not always predicting things successfully, as opposed to EA and Activision - which clearly run off of pure greed.
The DualShock 3 - It's a MUCH better controller than people have been giving it credit for in the last few months.
It's no DualShock 4, but honestly, I'd take it any day over the 360 controller.
Kristen Stewart - Yea, Twilight is shitty as turd mountain, but she's pretty inoffensive. She's not nearly as bad of an actress as people think she is, and certainly not to a level that deserves the hate she gets.
I mean, okay, cheating on whathisface was a ***** move, but that's not actually what I see her get criticized for.
LOST - Fantastic show that just kinda.....ended less than ideally. I don't have a problem with the ending per se...so much as I have a problem with it being exactly the thing we predicted way earlier and they outright denied was the case.
That and it really doesn't make proper use of all/most of Chekov's Guns strewn throughout the series.
Prometheus - It was alright. Not great. Certainly not bad. A little dumb in places. Still interesting.
Nintendo - Nintendo is completely retarded when it comes to consoles and marketing, but their games are absolutely PEERLESS. First party Nintendo games are just a parade of masterpieces. Maybe not always innovative and revolutionary, but they almost always do what they set out to do almost perfectly.
Nintendo is still one of the best game companies out there.
Big Bang Theory - It's not even a bad show. Not great, but more than watchable when nothing else is on.
Nathan Drake - He's pretty....cool? Alright? I dunno. Good protagonist. Not sure what anyone could possibly find offensive about him....
Bronies - You know what? I consume an obscene amount of media in all forms, and have a HUGE arry of things to judge it against. My Little Pony:Friendship is Magic is actually pretty damn good (especially the first couple seasons). So I guess I'm a brony. And you know what? Fine. Most bronies are just fans of the shows just like we're fans of a hundred other shows. There are a few exceptionally strange weirdos out there doing a good job of being vocal and earning a bad reputation for the rest of us. In reality most of us are just people who appreciate that there's a well-written show that's adventurous and relentlessly upbeat and positive....while so much of the world is drowning in a sea of gritty grimdark reimaginings/reboots/whatever to the point that even Superman now kills people and carelessly destroys cities.
It's a breath of fresh air.

Honestly, do we have to hate
everything that teen girls like?
No. Just a lot of it. We love Loki.
Everyone loves Loki.
We just want teen girls to have taste and standards.
We're fine with them liking interesting and awesome stuff.
It's the vapid/vacuous/insipid/superficial mass-produced pop-idiocy that we hate.
