Make gym memberships and personal nutritionists mandatory.
Negative. That would fall under federally regulated healthcare, by the way.

And if you know what you're doing, you never need to go to the gym regardless. It's just another "cool place" to waste your time a money when you could be off running laps around your block, doing a few pushups during commercials, or any other number of body weight resistance exercises that require exactly zero dollars to perform. Personal nutritionists? Why do you need that? What other country needs that to get their people to a sane percentage of fatties? A nutritionist can't force anybody to eat right, they only suggest what to do. Some people are going to eat whatever they want because they really don't care, or it makes them happy. To that I say, take them off the list for social security and anything else that would pay them. To do otherwise would be like me sawing my effing legs off and absorbing tax money to pay for my sudden lack of job potential. Sometimes there is a legitimate cause... a glandular thing, whatever. Well, tough luck. Work harder. They don't deserve miracle treatments because that would mean non-disabled idiots would want them for free, too, and it's too hard to sort out the good from the bad. The few legitimate cases are ruined by the scammers, as always.

It was a joke.
