Here's my personal list, what about you?

#1 More Interesting side missions! Most game's side missions amount to go here and kill/steal/beat up etc with no story or reason to be asked for doing so. But take Fallout 3 by comparison and you're hunting down vampires in an abandoned metro trying to rescue a cannibalistic child :O. That's freaking awesome! Or trying to save a town from two "Super Villans"

#2 Bring back Health Meters! I hate all these Call of Duty and Bad Company games where you stand in a corner with your thumb up you *ss waiting for your health to go back up. Its flow breaking and (Here's a shocker) Its unrealistic, yeah so is scarfing down an entire health kit but it makes more scene then it going away.

#3 I want more Quick Time Events (No not really)

#3 More interesting weapons! Whats with game's trying to be more realistic now a days? I've grown bored of playing with shotguns, machine guns, and pistols. How bout a gun that shoots out bubbles, or chocolate wafers, or Maybe Scarlet Johanson. (OOH YEAH!)

Well thats all i could think of, what about you?

More Super Hero/Villain RPGS, imagine a game that crosses the powers and general premise of City of Heroes or Champions Online, but it's an open city Single Player game more akin to inFAMOUS or [Prototype].

More skydiving. I don't know why, but I love going all covert ops and stealthily dropping in unexpected.

Proper mod support. Source has excellent mod support, because look at most of the games Valve have put out on Steam. Day of Defeat, Counter-Strike, Team Fortress. Mods for their 2 engines. And they're great. We need more mods.

You might like this, then: http://store.steampowered.com/app/15520/

OT: More games need portal guns/the ability to beat people to death with a fish. Valve, I commend you for your pioneering efforts in both these fields!

I like the CoD health system less time searching for health kits and makes the action quicker paced. Anyways I would like to see more exploration in games.

More flying in games that aren't exclusively based around flight. Well, basically any increased variation in games, but flight beats vehicular sections that handle like arse or forced stealth sections.

making the player think more would be nice, it worked for portal...

and maybe less games build with half the game as dlc, after mass effect 2 and fable 3 its starting to un-nerve me.

Nope, i got an Hp Pavillion 97 in my little brothers room
I stand corrected. Mines a 2004 eMachine. Piece of crap.
Ooh feel the pain, i used to have to work on a 2004 Dell something or the other, I could have gotten more use from it as a toilet, or a trash can.

Right now I'm using an Hp Pavilion 07 but I'm planning on getting a gaming PC soon

More space battles, think about it, what was the last game where you could dogfight in a ship and that was one of the core elements for once I can applaud the Halo series because in reach they actually had a space dogfight.
and I want more games to have insane Racket and Clank style weapons.

Moral ambiguity.

That and intelligent, thought provoking storytelling.

Game mechanic wise, I miss the old D&D RPGs. There is no depth to char creation/advancement anymore. I enjoy a little complexity.

Danny DeVito calendars!

I mean, games that don't tell you how much ammo is in the gun? I know ArmA does it, but that game annoys the crap out of me.
Something like Limbo on the PSN, like LIMBO!

My name in the credits. I really want to join the industry.

Other than that, I would like to see more games designed to accommodate emergent game play. Your path through a game should not be strictly controlled by the creators. Instead the game should set up a series of rules by which the player can accomplish awesome things then let the player exploit them creatively.
