Well, I have some space on my arm I want to fill, and just wanted some more ideas. Plus I'm all in favour of meaningless tats with no more relavance than "shit I think is cool". At the end of the day this is just a fun discussion.

I love it when people like you come up to me at parties and show me really proudly their dumb little tattoo with a story about how it has so much meaning to them and represents some cliche shit. Then when they expect me to answer the same kina way about mine I just laugh at them and go, this one I got when I was drunk in Finland from some dude who was also drunk, this ones a band I like and thought the symbol looked sick, this ones some random drawing my brother did. And they're always horrified at how blaze I am about it, because all tats are meant to be "ZOMG SO MUCH MEANING AND SYMBOLISM".

So if someone on a forum comes up with a cool idea, why not?

technically, all those have some story or meaning. For ex, the PH one means ur a fan of SH. May not be a deep meaning or story but it still has merit and a coolness all it's own. i knew a guy who had fake wounds of a zombie attack on his shoulder and calf.

I saw a really cool StarFox logo made into a tribal, just type "star fox tribal" into google picture search and it comes up, looked really nice. I have, like most people, been thinking about a tattoo sometime. I just couldn't decide if I really wanted one or not and then what I wanted, never thought about games as a way to do it.

Tattoo? You kidding? You really want to put a permanent image on your body in a painful process and never be able take it off for the rest of your life?

I've got two tattoos and I think it isn't a problem if you take a while to think about what you want rather than just picking something on impulse, I thought about both my tattoos for a few months before getting them and I'm happy with mine

A bit of advice to anyone who hasn't got a tattoo and is thinking of getting one, where you put your tattoo matters, I have one tattoo on my left arm at the shoulder and one on my right shoulder blade on my back, admittedly my back tatttoo is an actual picture as opposed to just tribal art so it was always going to hurt a bit more and take longer to do but because it was on that part of my back it hurt a lot more than my arm tattoo did.
