me and my closest friend, since birth, like we both agree that we can literally hear the voice of the other even when we are not even within earshot of each other. example when we were both lost on a mountain we could hear in the back of our minds the other calling for the other. as stated before could be a wild imagination but i think its cool. also there is this girl at my school and like for what ever reason i can always tell if she is near me like my hair stands on end when she is within 20 ft of me

No. Not unless being able to annoy/disturb/frighten people just by being in the same room with them counts.

I swear I have telepathy to my fiance and know what she really wants, but she just slaps me usually...

I have this unfortunate thing with the Simpsons where I'll think of some episode, out of nowhere, for no apparent reason, and then I'll forget. Within 24 hours, that episode will be on. Consider how many episodes there are. It's lame. It's not perfect, but it happens way more often than it should.
Happens to me all the time.

Well, some people might say I see or hear spirits...I'm not sure what my hallucinations are, but I'm pretty sure they're not ghosts.

One time, my brother asked me to guess for a jelly-bean-jar-type thing. He asked me while I was sitting in my computer chair, and he wanted me to come with him to look at the jar (it was full of Warhammer 40K bits). I said, without moving, '837'. The real number? 738. I'm apparently a dyslexic psychic.

I have correctly predicted the close future at least 4 times. At one point, while talking to a friend of mine, I managed to correctly predict what she was saying before she said it. It freaked her out so much she never spoke to me again. I'm not kidding. Every time it happens, I get a dull pain in my head, and my vision blurs a bit.

Once again, that's all true. I'm not sure what to think of it. The most recent one was in January, I knew somebody was going to come up and talk to me in the Tower Records DVD section. He would be quite fat, and he'd ask me about a horror film I was holding. I don't know how I knew, I just did. I went up there, to see if it would happen. And sure enough, it happened.
you, join the CIA, get a black female partner, fight in the war against terror with your psychic abilities, and have a nacho cheese bomb explode on you in one of your training sessions.
[small]P.S. would you share the other times? PWEEEEZE?[/small]

anyway, I have had these things before, but it's always really weird. I remember having a dream when I was like, 2(I remembered it before the rest of the story), of me sitting through some lecture, even some exact words and questions, and just standing there for a second. well, it was actually about three minutes, but that's beside the point.

EDIT: no, I just think I've been lucky at guessing these things.

I've had some deja vu prediction dreams, and they seem to keep coming, although the dreams range from somewhat normal to very distorted. When it happens it's a bit shocking during the sudden realization of it, but they are common enough.

Often I know my friends well enough to be able to predict what they're going to do flawlessly, which always freaks them out, and I have sometimes had dreams which appear to have come true, but I usually chalk it up to either coincidence, or the fact that until recently I had a very monotonous life, leading to many more deja vus than normal.

Also, I have the ability to move silently, meaning that I can creep people out by just appearing in a room (from their perspective). I made one of my friends from uni last year jump about a meter away from me, because I made no noise until I was next to him, and then i spoke (there was another conversation going on that I joined) everyone else had seen me, but he hadn't heard me or looked to the side. It was fun times.

So no, not psychic, just good at psychology and knowing the people around me.

I remember dreaming that a 14 year old kid was going to get run over by a blue car. Guess what happened on the news the next day.

I also remember dreaming that a dude at my old highschool was going to get expelled. Turns out he lit a chick on fire, and yeah... he got expelled.

I've always found it intriguing that when there's this slight nagging sensation at the back of my head, and I turn around, there is invariably someone staring at me. Psychic? Dunno. Probably not. Still interesting.

I always wonder about 'psychic' occurrences or collective consciousness on a larger scale. During a stint working a drive-through, it amazed me that people rarely came one at a time. They were in waves. And I don't just mean the after-work rush. 4-6 or more people all hitting the line at practically the same time. and 3-5 out of those 4-6 would order the SAME DAMN THING. Well, same basic thing. Account for differences in taste for soda...

Creepy nonetheless...

I never have any kind of 'deja vu' or premonition moments. Never. My friend gets 'em all the time, however.

My science points to three theories: When you have a dream, and it comes 'true,' its either...

b. Your memory of the dreams are very poor, and when things happen that are close, you're dream memories blanks are filled in, creating an identical memory.
This is pretty close to what happens to me with memory. I can't tell if a lot of the stuff I remember is something I've dreamed or not. Something will happen to me or whatever, and then I'll dream about it. The memory and the dream then combine, creating some crazy thing that I can't trust to be true. I guess I don't really have a really great grasp on reality...

Reality manifestations usually.

If I see something unique, like a particular T-shirt, a particular phrase/word, a particular event happening in a certain way.

Within 24 hours it usually happens again. I think it happens to people in general, they just don't notice it.

Also, it works on my ipod

well, I can't remember any time that something psychic like happened to me. But you could say my dad is a psychic because whenever he is watching sports and he predicts something will happen it usually happens. He has predicted so many homerun hits in baseball out of the blue and most of them he gets right.

I have many deja vu's, but only one really stands out.

The whole day was a deja vu.

Everything.

I knew at every moment what was gonna happen to me.

It was freaky as shit.

I had a dream of a new Digimon Anime Series Last Tuesday Night... When I woke up, there was a new Digimon Series announced.

I can even predict sometimes what episode of what TV show will be on, before I even know I'm going to watch it.
No you can't see the future and there is even a name for this type of memory hic-up. Start writing down your prophetic dreams before hand. Once you start writing then down you brain is forced to fill in the details that usually get fleshed out later as you try to remember your dream right there. No more "prophecies." Which only happen because your brain triggers the dream memory and you associate it with what you are currently seeing and so thing you remembered it like that all along when you didn't.

It's just another form of paramnesia.

The same kind of phenomenon is also seen as something called presque vu. Which is when you just can't quite remember a word or name. It's on the tip of your tongue so to say. Yet nobody thinks they have some strange paranormal powers when that happens.

Something similar happens all the time to me.

Usually, I think of something funny in a show that I see. The next time I view the show, it has that exact moment in it.

Hell, it doesn't even have to be immediate. What I mean is, I can go days, or even weeks, without watching television, yet, the next time I turn on the idiot box, I change the channel to the show, and the show with the aforementioned moment is on.

Although, by typing this, I fear that my predictions will end.

Also, Hi Calumon!

The closest I get to psychic powers is being so dense nothing can effect me. I'm the kind of person who walks into an abandoned haunted house and think they have the A/C on because it's so cold. Which is funny because my friend can sense ghosts (and when you see a Ouija board move on it's own that makes you a believer).

I do claim to be slightly empathic but that's more of noticing body language than psychic powers.
