A month or so ago when I used to actually browse that place (I stopped, don't worry) I saw something about them placing a bunch of numbers on everything from paper to money, to paper money.

It's goal was to have it spread all over the world and make people think that shit was gonna go down soon.

It's actually pretty funny if you ask me.

I saw that. That was great. 4chan isn't going to reveal their master plan. I wouldn't be surprised if they wanted to illustrate how stupid apocalypse theories are and how easy they are to start. That is giving them too much credit though. More likely they just did it to see people's reactions which I can actually support.

The dates are month/date/year. There is logic behind this contrary to what you think. Think of it like finding a book at the library. You find the general area first then the specific spot of the book.
