I do this all the time with Modern Warfare. Lately my best game has been 10-7 I cannot kill anyone for some reason.

Same here, only I'm not on as much of a slouch. I keep alternating 20+ kills/4-5 deaths and ~10/10.

Getting dropped into the same hacker lobby 8 times in a row makes me want to throw my monitor through the window. I bought it on Steam so I don't have a disc to abuse.

thanks, i just downloaded the OGSM mod for it which has a complete gun overhaul mod among other things like a sleeping bag, getting rid of the fences, and rescripting the AI to make faction wars more realistic

Same. With all the glitches and unfair perk combos going around the game is basically unplayable. I get close to breaking things.

In the virtual world? I've have a ton of RAAAAAAGE moments in the Combo Workshop with Street Fighter IV. It took me HALF AN HOUR to make Sakura knee someone in the face the right way.

At the beginning, LoZ WW was pissing the hell out of me, but I WAS significantly younger at the time, so I dunno. Also, people had difficulty with Prototype? I mean, other than the challenge stages, which I didn't bother with, it was pretty easy...
Also, hard mode for Kirby's Dreamland (for the GameBoy)...Damn, was that hard. Think I've made it to the second last stage before.

I was playing Need for Speed: Carbon, and it's not *that* hard but some levels piss me off, more because I have my car configured wrong and the only way to change that is to reload another save file (which takes damn near forever to do). So I end up running with what I have and playing the same maps over and over until I achieve perfection.

After the literal 20th try getting up the GoW 1 cheep-ass spinny wall of swordy death, I broke down crying, and then I shrugged off my manly tears and beat it in 3 more tries. And then I beat the second one in 3 tries.

I guess that's what you meant...
