I get that feeling all the time with any game I play- its just the feeling of
"this shit will not beat me!"

inFamous. Although, my reason for not stopping isn't because I liked it or cared about the story or anything. I pretty much hate everything about that game. The only reason I didn't stop when I realized that I hated everything about it was to get the trophies. A mistake I will never make with another game again. If I stop having fun, I put it back on the shelf. Trophies or achievements be damned.Old Hat said:
Modern Warfare 2 All too often the at the end of the game I am #1 or 2 on my team, and the only reason I am ever #2 is because the person above me thought they were playing Team Deathmatch on HQ with 53 kills and 3 deaths while I was doing EVERYTHING that actually matters for the game mode. Or what happens is my team just stands in the corner AFK while I try to keep the enemy team off of them, at most I'll have one other person on my team that actually plays the game mode that they should be playing if at all.
I Wanna Be The Guy on Very Hard was pretty brutal. Especially just before Dracula. Probably died a good 50 times right there.
Other than that, God of War 2 could be pretty brutal at times, then again i think i was playing on Hard. Gotta play that game again sometime.
I still get pissed off when thinking about GoW 2. "Would you like to switch to Normal Difficulty?". Can only repeat Yahtzee's sentiments in the 2.5 Hoedown, no matter how many hundreds of times you're gonna flash me the sissy-button, this game won't beat me.

You beat me to it! Myself and that game had a love-hate relationship...but after finally finishing it I'm leaning towards hate. The ending I got did not warrant the frustration that game caused, and I think I immediately uninstalled it and tossed the disk somewhere.thatonekid said:

I understand that the devs want to keep the game simple and accessible to new players, but would it kill them to add a basic deck editor? It'd be nice to play a deck that doesn't contain 80 cards, and it'd be nicer if the decks skimmed on the lands a bit.
The AI always gets the cards it needs, whereas you never do. Instead, you're sitting in front of your monitor with an empty hand and 20 lands you don't know what to do with.
Also, Nicol Bolas. He's such BS.

Here's some ideas to help you guys:
Try some new weapons. If what you're using isn't working, try something new.
For lag, check the DMZ on your router. Sometimes setting a DMZ and a static IP to your console/pc can help.
Don't be n00b. N00b tactics are the worst way to get better.
Otherwise, there's little you can do. People on MW2 suck. They always take the easy way and its never fun. There's no way around idiocy because you can't have bots in private mp for some reason.
It's a great, if under-appreciated game. Sure, it has its faults, but it's something different, it's well presented, and if you don't like it, it's over soon. (I got it for £5 pre-owned, so the lack of length didn't annoy me)Tinneh said:
