WoW, Redridge Mountains, Level 21 Warlock. Sent my Voidwalker after a single Murloc, DoT the Murloc up, it gets to low health and just out of my vision with my Voidwalker. I see my Voidwalker's health plummet, I called it back and saw about 10 Murlocs chasing it. All aboard the train to Death. First stop Murloc Rape City.

When you first realize that you can't kill that regenerating necromorph in Dead Space is bad enough. When you realize that he can follow you no matter where you are, THATS when I wanted to just huddle up in a corner and nibble on the barrel of my plasma rifle.
When, in Borderlands Playthrough 2, i shot the Destroyer in the eye for a critical 14590 damage. And his HP bar didnt visibly drop.

FF XII, the double demon wall fight. I say that knowing you were only supposed to fight one. My team was almost dead against the mandatory one, so I escaped. What I didn't know was that you couldn't walk down the middle of the corridor out without the stronger, optional demon wall activating. Screw a rock and a hard place, i was stuck between two carnivorous walls! Needless to say, it sucked.
Run into warehouse in scrapyard, kill somebody, turn and look at door, see 2 people there. Die.

Playing KOTOR and I decide to take a break, save my game, and turn off the console. A little later I reload the save only to find out that there was a huge group of enemies that had spawned ten feet from me. That was a frantic fight.
From Deadspace: "Hazardous anomally detected, quarantine activated." All doors lock and necromorphs jump out of the floor, wall, and ceiling.
From MW2: The last spec ops mission in Echo said I had to fight 15 juggernauts on the oil rig. I was like "OMGWTFBBQ" as dealing with 5 of these guys on the Estate spec op mission was nearly impossible. But surprisingly, I beat it on the first try by camping near the begining with the Barret and letting them come to me. Very easy mission and yet in the description it stated "This probably isn't even possible."
