Pretty much this, a little destruction is a lot of fun.

I don't want to say that you're wrong, but its hard to think of a better way to describe it.
This is why Red Faction 3 was fun. Though we really should limit it to digital entertainment. Those guys are jerks.

Final comment:

People don't understand that when you mess up people's stuff because it's "fun", you're actually hurting them. Damage to property is emotionally damaging, and those who do engage in this sort of thing need to understand that.

So last night, in our *dorm*, apparently some people ripped off the screens to the bath room window, threw out the trash can, broke the toilet paper covers, broke the soap dispenser, sprayed soap all over the place and threw up in the bathroom. Oh, and broke some of the ceiling tiles in the hall. Why do some people feel the need to just destroy stuff and mess things up for everyone else?
I have highlighted the answer to your question... it's a dorm! College kids are dumb as fuck (ironic that they're going to an institution for higher learning only to act like a retarded dipshit, i know...), and are usually reckless and destructive. unless they happen to be one of those serious students that just want to get their degree and finally do something productive with their lives.

I'd shoot you and people like you if I could.
I try to be fair in my judging of people, but when it comes to things like this, I get to the point where my sense of reason does NOT prevail over my rage.
There's something seriously wrong with you.
not really. im just not a pretencious individual like you.

my apologies. This is the one thing in life that gets me REALLY pissed off. I'm not pretentious, it just gets me to an extreme emotion. For instance, in real life, if I ever caught you doing something like this, I'd probably attack you with a sharp object.

Are you mocking me for a grammatical error I made? You made quite a few in your own response.

I like to destroy stuff, but not stuff that's of any worth. I wouldn't vandalise a public area, or stuff I need.

I do destroy bits of paper and junk that's not any use to anyone lol.
Painstakingly work on a house in Minecraft.

Line the walls with TNT.

Smack one and get your ass outta there.

IT'S BEAUTIFUL

They tried that in some movie, but determined that, you know, one can't dust for vomit.

OP: Destruction is a piece of the human identity. As much as it annoys me, I think that it is necessary, but ought to be channeled into something worthwhile... alcohol takes the problem and makes it applicable to everything. Everywhere. Ever.

Breaking other people's personal property isn't cool, but going to town on "the man's" stuff is fun as hell.

You're not going to find an easier answer to "Why are people so farked up".. normal people don't destroy stuff when they're drunk. You can't blame your actions on booze, it doesn't fly with the police and it won't fly here. If everyone became maniacs on booze they'd have never repealed prohibition.

The answer is: Farked up people are always farked up, they just get braver and stupider when on the sauce. They don't rationalize, They don't have thought processes, they revert to their most basest instincts which is why stuff gets destroyed.

My suggestion: raise holy hell with the RA, the housing department, and the campus police. The more people you annoy, the more likely that something will be done, and it may even solve your problem.

You know we're not giving you a hard time, we're simply referring to the movie SpinalTap, right? It's this mocumentary about this aging rock band that pokes fun at a lot of the tropes that seem to have developed around Rock bands, like the drummer dying for no apparent reason (which cuts a little close considering the recent fate of "The Rev"), and in one scene, they're interviewing the current band and they talk about how one drummer died from choking on vomit, but they're not sure whose vomit it is, but they determined that no one could "dust for vomit" or anything like that. And in one of the final scenes, well, hilarity ensues (maybe tragedy?) for one of the other drummers, but since you haven't seen this movie, you should.

Vomit + Violence usually comes with alchohol, and for some people, consuming alchohol = violence.

How do you know I haven't seen it? >_>

Yeah alright, you got me. My bad in your instance but a couple of people have literally gone into the technicalities of what would constitute the need for analysing vomit -_-
