It's strange, I can't get the damn episode to load no matter how many times I try. I've watched a few other video's on other web sites so it's not a problem with my computer.

I've looked at it from Nick's page and it just say's "0.00" for how long it is for the new episode. Is anyone else having this problem?

Edit: I think it's a problem on Nick's end for that episode cause I went through a few of the other episodes for Korra there with no problem.

Edit 2.0: Finally got the damn thing to work after a bit of cursing to the site's machine spirit.

I pretty much agree with the OP, a nice solid episode but really didn't have much happen in terms of advancing the plot.

It was a good episode. Fight scenes were fun. Varrick was funny. Asami made a prolonged appearance, and that's never a bad thing. She's the best damn character on the show.

I have a feeling Earth Army vs. Toph will be up next, and unfortunately this isn't "The Legend of Toph" so there's a 99% chance she's gonna lose that fight (probably via BS hax, but it's Nickelodeon, what do you expect?). I expect that will make a bunch of people angry, though since she has to lose to advance the plot, losing because the bad guy cheated is as good of reason as any. But the entire Avatar fanbase will be holding up ECW signs for the next one: "Kuvira Wins, We Riot".

It was a good episode.

Oh boy, they clearly not trying not to redeem Kuvira action any futher! I'm sorry to those who still view Kuvira as a "good guy" well gal, there is no way in hell you're going to convince me she was justify with the whole "purge" of non Earth benders/ nationality in the Earth nation otherwise I would of been thrown into jail for being Chinese (British born) but lived in Britian if her logic apply in real life!!!

I find it strange in a good way that Varrick is showing remorse for his action which I suppose it's a good thing we haven't shown any of Varrick shady past otherwise I would of been conflicted by his morals. Oh it was also cool that he was able to make an EMP!

Speaking about Varrick since Bolin is with him and trying to get back to Republic City, Prince Wu serve as the comedy relief for the time being but he is useless in a fight unlike Bolin. Also Asami still kept hold of that electric glove well the design of it? I thought she could had invented more personal offence weapons on her?

Yeash I am too expecting a heavy throw down from Toph and likewise I know no matter how badass/ epic Toph metalbending is (I so hoping she can metalbend the blimp down to the ground!) I know Kuvira will win due to some hax (heck I bet if they really want us to hate Kuvira any futher, she would somehow killed Toph)!

No major complaints. Seeing Asami back after she almost disappeared from the series is nice. Varrick remains funny and entertaining, and it's great how just how much mileage the showrunners get out of his seemingly random shenanigans. I am a little disappointed that Kuvira's now a full on villain, but whadyagonnado. Hopefully we'll see a full on "GET OFF MAH LAWN!!" freakout from Toph in the next episode.

But watching the last few episodes I've constantly had the feeling of wishing it wasn't a Nickelodeon show. With as dark subject matter as this, the kiddie gloves really ought to come off. Move it to R-rated territory with the usage of bending and we'll have a show that'll make God of War and Berserk shit their pants. I know that sounds incredibly juvenile, but come on, don't tell me you wouldn't want to see Korra tear guys to shreds?

I've read several stories on the subject of bending at its absolute maximum potential. Some of them more... risque... than others. The end result isn't pretty.

Zaheer choking out the Earth Queen would be REALLY tame by comparison. How about forcing enough air into her lungs that they rupture and she dies that way?

Bending water into your opponent's lungs so they suffocate... and that's a mild death.

Not to mention what a large boulder moving at 60 MPH would actually do to a human skull.

You'd be happier with it being run by Nick... trust me.

Man, Bolin has been kicking ass lately hasnt he? Seems like his time in Kuviras army has made him into a real badass. He could probably kick his brothers butt right now.

Sadly, you're probably right. Toph is going to lose, but you can bet it won't be because it's a fair fight. She's going to stomp Kuvira and her army hardcore, and laugh while she does it. She'll even mock Kuvira is classic Toph fashion. It won't be until Toph is sure of her victory that Kuvira whips out whatever ace she has. Probably something to do with the spirit vines and the research.
Here's hoping that Toph doesn't die in the fight because while I don't want that the happen, I can totally see them doing that.

Asami complimented Korra's hair and she blushed in an animated manner usually reserved for romantic intentions. My animated OTP is slowly becoming a reality...not really though cause a kids show would never show lesbians (although with the move to pure digital distribution.....)

Episode was still pretty solid though. Nice to see Team Avatar in the same place again (save for Bolin)
There was some show on Disney I think that showed a one off pair of characters as a lesbian couple. Apparently it was already the last episode and the child actor received death threats over it (the only reason I heard about it).

OT: Man I'm really thinking Bolin is the one who is going to save us. I mean look at him go, great speeches, amazing bending, being an amazing leader; I'm really hoping he puts together a resistance to fight Kuvira.

It's entirely possible that Toph is no longer in the swamp; having left soon after Korra and the kids did. Maybe after smacking around the Avatar (for the second time) awakened a hungry within. A hunger to kick more butts. That or she saw what happened to Lin and is FINALLY going to be a mom and protect her kids. Admit it; it'd be awesome to see her walk up to Zaofu, just wreck her way through Kuvira's troops, and free her family whilst enjoying the look on everyone's faces.

Liked this episode because it furthered my lady and mine's OTP (and I hope the show runners have the guts to go the full way since even Korra's voice actress ships it) but really it's an episode that not a lot happened in. Which is getting a little par for the course with this last series and it worries me a bit.

I did dislike Kuvira going full heel as well but I understand the need to paint her a bit more villainous since parts of the fan base was starting to side with her.

I didn't really see that.. girls complement each other's looks all the time and Korra getting embarrassed at being complimented seemed natural to me..

In regard to all the Korra/Asami talk, two people can be good friends without anything becoming romantic. The show doesn't need any sort of pairing up or anything like that, especially not with so few episodes left. Any sort of romantic resolution would have to be rushed at this point, especially seeing as Korra hasn't even seen any of her friends in three years or something like that and there's going to be some catching up that needs doing.

Honestly I'd be most happy if the shows creators simply ended things ambiguously. Leave things unclear. Will Korra find true love among one of her 'friends', whoever that might be? Maybe. Leave it open to the viewer to decide. Don't try to stuff some pointless romantic crap in there at the last moment to appease some of the fanbase, especially not when it might come at the expense of the actual story. That's part of what made Season 1 and 2 so questionable and Season 3 so solid when the shows creators quit playing around with this teenage romance stuff.

I never realize pairing up couples was such a big thing online, but having poked into Avatar's subreddit a couple times I swear that's a solid half of what people talk about.

obviously your joking and i guess it's kind of funny.. but officially Korra is straight and like boys, not girls... they may love each other as friends, but that's where it ends... its's probably only a matter of time before Korra gets back with Mako.

I'm half joking. Are you aware of the thousands of stories and pictures of fans shipping the two (some of which are NSFW, so I won't post <.<).

It's nothing special, it's pretty much guaranteed when two hot girls are in the same show/movie that a large chunk of fans will ship them, same as they do with two hot guys. It'll never be official, of course.
