Times you've broken the game

The most recent time i've broken a game was when i started up The Force Unleashed (ultimate sith edition), during the prologue Me and my BFF Darth Vader were happily plowing through ally and wookie alike testing out our force powers and generally have a good time so after a quick cutscene i entered a boss fight as soon as it started i force pushed him out of the area (and presumably off the edge) and the game got stuck in the boundaries of the boss fight meaning i couldn't continue and ultimately i had to go back and actually do the fight ..it was weird and awesome.

So i ask you Have you ever been playing a game when you do something and the game just kinda stops or crashes or won't let you continue?

Eternal Sonata once froze on me. Caused a slight panic attack, fearing a red ring of death was around the corner.

Last time, in OFragon Rising, I lost one of my squad, and I pressed return to checkpoint because at a checkpoint your whole squad is supposed to respawn full health. Well the guy that just died didn't respawn. When I got to the end of the mission the heli wouldn't leave because one of my squad members wasn't in it yet...

Once in Far Cry 2 I went to one of the factions buildings, he took all my weapons but didn't let me in......my last save was hours ago so that's why I never finished Far Cry 2.

Assassains creed 2, i hiddenbladed two gaurds in the face, then another before his weapon was out or his friends had hit the ground, then the ps3 just frose, this happens every time I stab someone brfore his 2 friends have hit the ground, but since I've finished the game now it doesn't really matter.

half-life 2 on god mode i jumped between the train carts and got stuck between the energy wall thingamjig and crashed the game.

one time i was playing Fable 2 and i had just logged on so it took i while to calculate my income. after about 3 mins of nothing the numbers appeared above my head si tries to move. the leg animation had stopped so it looked like i was just floating backwards and forwards. it made me feel special.

Resistance 2 on Online Co-op. The Chimera were just standing there never dying, so we all soaked up the XP

Oh christ that was annoying when that happened.

Back on PS1, Silent Bomber, i beat the mech commander on the elveator and then kaput, nothing else would load.

Dragon Age: Origins... couple of amusing ones.

When trapped in the Fade by the Sloth demon. After doing Wynne's conversation the dead stand up and attack. If you initiate conversation with her after killing them but before she approaches you the whole thing re-started. Most confusing.

Scene with Morrigan before marching to Denerim. Several times I went through the conversation tree, once when the 'joining' started my armour stayed on, hilarity ensued. Similarly Rally's body glow lasted throughout the scene.

Xenogears glitched during the fight with Deus. Given the length of that game, I was panicked however was fortunate the game would correct itself. FFVII possessed a similar qualm however not so late into the journey.

I think this counts as breaking the game.

One of my Farcry 2 files, I was 50% of the way through the game, on one of the missions to blow up a convoy. I go in, shoot up the guards and the convoy driver, and chuck a grenade at the convoy. I start running away to go find a safe house, as soldiers would undoubtedly come.


While running, I get the save option, so I do, over my only file, unaware that the convoy debris was about 2 feet away from my head.

Did I mention I also had no buddy saves?

I know a way to bug yourself in Fable 2 to make you float like you're crucified. But that ain't gettint stuff stuck. For the rest.. I've bugged and crashed countless games.. only a few are safe from me since I explore and exploit EVERYTHING.

By far the most crashes; Fallout 3.. Desktop AND Xbox. Guess that's what happens if you take it too far hehe.

The thing about the conversation restarting happened to me too, except it was with Zevran and Alistair, but not with Morrigan. I guess she's just too bad ass to glitch.

On true crime back when I had a ps2 if you jump/dive in the corner of the map to kill yourself and then you spawn in this place where nothing really exists... the police can't find you, nobody comes to hurt you, cars still roam and so do people.
Then if you keep driving for about 20 mins you hit the edge of the 'world' which I drove off several times... the game then crashes after about a minute of falling.

In AC2 I double bladed a couple of guards on the rooftops of Venice...

Only for another 2 to appear. OK, funny bug, dual stab them...

Another 4 appear. I now just keep hammering X.

And about 25 appear in a few seconds, all spawning out of the middle guy, I've dropped to about 15FPS, so I decided to dive away. I had to run quite away before the FPS picked up again though.
