mostly some issue where a trigger isnt activated for some reason or it just keeps looping it for some reason because I put the item in the wrong place. I remember that happened with me in God of War with some crane I had to fight cyclops to get to

Ive fallen through a rock/ world in Oblivion too many times to count. But it's a huge map and the places you can do that aren't generally on the beaten path, so it's excusable I guess.

Another time (which happened about now) i was playing the Sonic Unleashed Demo, so i was cruising along, died afew times when WHAM!! stuck in a building ... now sure how it happened it just did ...weird eh?

Yeah in ARMA 2, that game is broken anyway, but still we went in to take out this tank (and friend and I playing co-op camp) and the vehicle we are in gets blown to bits... we get ejected out of the vehicle, but we are still alive... we are invinciple LOL, so we went around the whole map just rambo killing everything... buttt the game crashed after about an hour or so.... piles of fun XD

Is it weird that i read that like the Rage against the machine song 'Killing in the name of'?

I have escaped 3 levels in Time Splitters 2, it never crashes it just makes it really funny and easy to win sometimes.

I don't know if this counts as one, but I had a problem with Far Cry 2 which has really demotivated me to play it all over again. Right at the very end, when you exit the prison into the Heart of Darkness, you can't go back once you drop from a high ledge towards the end of the game.

I realised I forgot to do something important in the prison. I can't exactly recall what it was, but it was very important since it triggers the final sequences. So I got myself stuck in that final bit with no way to get back up or no back-up saves. Luckily it was my second playthrough, so I already know how the game ends.
