I think the topic creator sounds adorable. Know she has a boyfriend but whatever, I just really wanna hug her. I have such a thing for multi-colored eyes. ;_;

DON'T JUDGE ME! *runs away*
I do not judge you for it.

As for the hug, I'm sure Michel would understand the situation and let you do so.

My parents do not beleive in genetics. Apparently the church they used to go to must have brainwashed them into beleiving that Jesus determines how you look.
P.S. Does the IRL in your name stand for Ireland in which case I'm assuming you live in southern ireland. "Pray" do tell.
What the heck... the "IRL" stands for In Real Life - she gets called Suiseiseki 'cos she has the same eyes as the anime character Suisiseki, hence her screename Suiseiseki IRL.

Gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and suggest that you'd suffered a massive head injury before making that post.
It couldn't just be an honest mistake? Not everybody lives on the internet, you know.

Are you tired of being the weird person that no one will talk to? Tell your tale and/or thoughts:

I was born with naturally red eyes (genetic defect) yet my right is darker than my left (which is also my worst eye). All my life I have been called a "witch", a "demon", and "the daughter of Satan" by people who saw my eyes. My parents were banned from their church because of this, and they've never forgiven me for it.

This changed (somewhat) in 2004 when I had to get corrective lenses for my left eye which was becoming worse, and contacts were my only option. I wanted to get a different colored iris to hide my left eye so my optometrist decided to make it green since green is the pposite of red on the color spectrum. So I ended up looking like Suiseiseki prior to Rozen Maiden. This was not a problem until I enter high school 3 years ago, and by then a few had seen RM. So then I became the laughing stock of my school.

Now they call me a "nerd" and a cosplayer" and that I dyed my hair brown (which I didn't). My reputation is so trashed at school that no one will talk to me except for my boyfriend will talk to me. I have to keep Clorox wipes in my locker because someone writes "Desu" all over my locker every day. It gets even worse when I get home, where my parents want nothing to do with me.
I feel so sorry for you. That's the equivalent of racism really, as it's just the colour of a portion of your anatomy that you have no concious control over. People in school are stupid though, don't worry that'll be behind you all too quickly.

Aside from the harsh social stigmata it appears to have inflicted on you, I can't help but think having red eyes or one red and one green eye would look incredibly cool. Especially if you dress like a metal head.

The only "defect" I have is my fingers. During high school("fun times"), if your ring finger was longer than you index finger, you would be gay. And I was single at the time so yeah. Needless to say that the fucker who started that rumor dropped out because he couldn't pass Earth Studies and he works at Wendy's and I just laugh at him every time he's working.

I'm starting to feel like Susan Boyle. So many messages to read and reply.

Keep no question bottled up inside your mind, if you have one do not be afraid to ask.

I must go now so if you have one, send it to my inbox.

That does really suck, especially about your parents, I can't believe that they would be mad at you for that, I guess that just shows how stupid the church is. Anyway, I do have some stories, during most of elementary school I was pretty weird (although I wasn't a loner). Now I just do what I want and don't give a shit about anyone else, seems to work well for me so far, although most of the people I go to school with are complete assholes.

The Fuck with what people say. I wouldn't care if my eyes were a bright hot pink I like myself for me. And who should really care if your eye are a different color other than yourself. I personally wouldn't care if my eyes were red unless they were on fire and to hell with what those other groupe-cunts think. You shouldn't give two shits about the opinion of the blithering cockslots whom you neither know or care for and ultimately it should be like this with others, if they like you GREAT, but if they don't then you've lost nothing. When I finally realized this I was happier than I've been in years and now apon retrospective I have More Friends than I did when I gave a fuck about the opinions of other twats. And at the very least you can say that unlike myself "I'm not 250 lbs and dress several sizes to small." not much to brag about (like beating Steve Buscemi in a beauty contest) but still food for thought. Good luck kiddo:)

I think everyone is demanding to know where you live so we can know who are that ignorant and (for lack of a better word) bigoted to not accept a person because they have red eyes.

Aw man, that's so harsh. But hey you have a boyfriend; that's really cool. And you appear to be articulate and intelligent, good for you. You just wait, when you get to college/university everything will change! I know. (although I didn't have it quite as bad as you) And if your parents don't want to help with that then you don't need their help, although from the sounds of it they'd be happy to have you out of the house; and you'd be happy to get away from them too, I guess. Stay strong. You are a leaf in the wind :)

All because of Eye color? That really sucks dude. Meh, people are stupid, what are you gonna do? I would take red eyes over my boring 'ol brown ones any day.
What would you rather be:

A supposed cosplaying nerd, or a red-eyed demon child. (put some serious thought into it)
In all honesty, a red eyed demon child.

The hardships you would endure would only strengthen your resolve, and it only goes to demonstrate how poorly society has truly come to adapt to tolerance. Something as slight as eye colour should very well mean nothing to people, and you would go down as a precedent setting human being.

I would personally be fascinated by red eyes.

Personally, I think that having red eyes or having eyes with different colors would be fucking awesome, to put it bluntly.

Anyways, I thought I had it bad, with numerous other, more personality-esque "problems". People think I'm annoying, and you have no idea how awkward that makes certain things. Atleast your boyfriend (hopefully) cares about you enough, so stick with him. Appreciate the people who deserve your gratitude, stay with them, and filter out the rest.

Best of luck to you.

I'm the one of the few blue eyed blond haired kids in my grade so I was called "Nazi" and "Aryan Prince" all the time last year in my new school and it pissed me off to no end. I was supposedly anti-Semitic as well. I am relatively popular due to my "famous" cousin now though, but I do understand what you're going through. As for wanting red eyes; people already call me a demon child because A) I listen to metal and B) I always get into trouble, so I'd take red eyes any day.

I could care less about my eye colour, though red is a nice colour. I just know that to not be singled out is to keep your head down.

I'm not sure if 4chan would worship you as a god or mock the shit out of you, but I'm guessing the former.
It's not all bad.
And if all else fails, just get another green contact lens, with no prescription.
