#1) You really should be prejudiced against anyone.
#2) Because I said so.
#3) Chances are you've never been to a Mormon church, and you've probably hardly (if ever) talked to a Mormon. You really don't know ANYTHING about Mormons, yet you stereotype and generalize them. Is that right?
Mormons believe a guy who dictated his holy book by reading tablets out of a hat. What more is there to know?

PS - My uncle's a Mormon, and I've done a good bit of research on the religion.
A hat?
Where did you get the hat? Apparently you haven't done your good bit of research.

'norms' are dull, being weird is what makes life interesting. I never had trouble at school though, mainly because my particular weirdness is to never be insulted.

Someone would say something like "your mums a whore" and id reply with "yup, but she gets better rates than your mum" or "only so she can fuel her coke habit"

Seriously, im FUCKING FEARLESS.

We don't take kindly to prejudice around here.
ESPECIALLY against Mormons.
Is that a joke or are you serious? Why are Mormon's off limits?

#1) I made a simple statement, in fact, I said nothing about Mormon's at all! I may have implied it, but I never said it.
#2) Please present a more valid reason then "I said so"
#3) No I have not met a Mormon because none live around here, I'm sure they are very nice people. I said nothing rude about Mormons whatsoever and yes, I do stereotype, I might be a bit predgiduce, its the Internet, I can have whatever opinion I want, sue me!

I do applaud you however for blowing this completely out of the water.

If I do get teased or a practical joke gets pulled at my expense, it's generally just for lulz. When it isn't, then I get pissed.
Once I used to be fatter than I should be (we're a bit more sporty in Australia so it sounds worse than it is). It used to be a source of embarrassment and I would never take my shirt off in front of anyone. Than I just couldn't be stuffed and I went swimming without a shirt at school. I expected jokes about it. Nothing happened. Somebody mentioned it once and it just became normal.
The moral is the story is to be who you are and stop caring what retards think.

Sorry. I had a pretty rough day today. I apologize completely, I did overreact a tad.

Apologies abound.

When you applied for your religion, did you give up your sense of humor as a membership due?

Well... my history?? I had always being a very curious guy when it comes to sex, that made read and research everything I could about it, that got me ahead of my friends in a lot of things (I am talking about KNOWLEDGE not actual practice), but earned me a reputation among the girls that I only looked for sex, and after getting it, I would dump the girl...

that was never the case, I was still a virgin when that rumour got around and i´m pretty sure the rumour was spread because one of my friends was jealous of my "popularity" among the girls, I was 15 at the time, and that damn rumour prevented me to get any girlfriend until I got to 18... I mean, yes, I knew a lot more about sex than I should had, but come on!! taking advantage of 15 year old girls?!?!? that´s just ridiculous.

anyway, that same rumour made me popular when the girls were more available, but ended in me finding empty shells that didn´t cared about me, just about my knowledge, and I had always looked for love, not sex.

because the first thing I learned about sex?? it is much greater when it is made with love, and for the note, my wife the first time I met her told me "hey!! I have heard a lot of things about you" which was funny because I replied "yeah, I have heard a lot of things about you" and after a couple of hours of conversation, we both knew they were all lies!!
I know how you feel, all I try to find is love, but living here on the coast it's ridiculous the girls only want sex and you very rarely find a girl worth keeping.

You say "Learn to take a joke," but you mean "Oh no, my oh-so-clever insult stolen shamelessly from a cartoon has been seen through."

You're welcome.

Are you tired of being the weird person that no one will talk to? Tell your tale and/or thoughts:

I was born with naturally red eyes (genetic defect) yet my right is darker than my left (which is also my worst eye). All my life I have been called a "witch", a "demon", and "the daughter of Satan" by people who saw my eyes. My parents were banned from their church because of this, and they've never forgiven me for it.

This changed (somewhat) in 2004 when I had to get corrective lenses for my left eye which was becoming worse, and contacts were my only option. I wanted to get a different colored iris to hide my left eye so my optometrist decided to make it green since green is the pposite of red on the color spectrum. So I ended up looking like Suiseiseki prior to Rozen Maiden. This was not a problem until I enter high school 3 years ago, and by then a few had seen RM. So then I became the laughing stock of my school.

Now they call me a "nerd" and a cosplayer" and that I dyed my hair brown (which I didn't). My reputation is so trashed at school that no one will talk to me except for my boyfriend will talk to me. I have to keep Clorox wipes in my locker because someone writes "Desu" all over my locker every day. It gets even worse when I get home, where my parents want nothing to do with me.
This just proves how religion is an unnecessary piece of shit that does more harm than good. But anyway I would be overjoyed if i had red eyes. That makes you unique. Im sorry to hear about your school. Kids are simply retarded these days
My boyfriend is seemingly the only atheist in the school, and he's the only one who is fine with my natural eyes. Proves how much more civilized atheists can be.
We simply see things for what they are, without any bias. It is a natural thing that you cant judge a person based on their eye colour. I would bet 100 bucks on it that your[<fixed that for ya] a far better person than any of those christian or whatever pricks that go to church everyday
This thread has seemed to go from Weirdness to some religious witch hunt

Seriously, I don't see a problem with eye color, God gives you what he gives you. I seriously doubt that you live in a town where EVERYONE thinks your a demon, and you just hae to learn to ignore people... Its actually really easy

Graduate high school and get the fuck out of your religious community.
I moved to a tech town in Canada, and it's awesome. There's a religious group in my university called the "Campus Crusade for Christ" or the CCC. However, some people decided to start the "Campus Crusade for Cheese" and throw their acronym everywhere to steal their thunder, and it worked wonders. It' a cheese club where you eat cheese.

All because of Eye color? That really sucks dude. Meh, people are stupid, what are you gonna do? I would take red eyes over my boring 'ol brown ones any day.
What would you rather be:

A supposed cosplaying nerd, or a red-eyed demon child. (put some serious thought into it)
Really you just have to make friends with the right people
My group at school was made up of all kind of people
Anyone who was rejected from another group at school came to us
We welcomed them with open arms regardless
I'm sure you're a great person, it's their loss really
If you're still in school now, don't worry, it will get better
People grow up and grow out of silly things like that
Believe me
I think in school everyone just needs someone to pick on
I was unlucky and got chosen for the role
I was in a small school, so there wasn't much of a choice
I just happened to be a little shorter, a little quieter, and a little smarter than the rest of the 6 people in my class
So BAM, I spent the next couple of years having people enjoying making me cry
Finally it all finished, when I went away to high school, I had a chance to start again
I found people who accepted me and now I have friends for life
Somehow, in some strange way, I guess the bullying made a better person
I know how it feels to be in that position

You would think such a "sophisticated" and "advanced" race such as ourselved would have moved past such trivial matters like bullying. But alas no

Plus
Cosplaying kicks ass
Not nerdy at all, it's great fun and you meet heaps of great people
Just like going to a great big costume party
Everyone loves costume parties

I hope things get better for you
If not, come move to Australia and live with me
We will love you here

I agree with this, and will go a step further... their ignorance in calling you a demon/witch/all that stuff for your eye color? Yeah, it's pretty much been matched by your ignorance in grouping every person of that religion together, and neatly filing atheists into another group, with no thought to the idea that there may be different people, like atheists who are ignorant, or people of that religion who are not. No, it's much easier to simply assume they're Group A and Group B with little individuality in either group, at least in regards to how they see your eye color.

Ignorance is no excuse for ignorance.

Well my weirdness started the first week of high school, i transferred to a new school and I went over to this girls house to work on a school project, I have a really good memory so when she told me her address i remembered it until later that day.

There were about 5 people over at her house when one of their parents' calls and asks what the address is. He asks the host and without thinking i blurt out 3523 S Delaware and from then on I was "the stalker kid". 4 years later and I have a couple friends, but everyone else knows me as "that stalker kid" O well, I graduate and leave all these bastards behind in a month
