To All Parents Against Violent Video Games

Your obviously new here, I'm guessing your a kid who's either in middle school or early high school, and haven't become well associated with the internet world. There's nothing wrong with that, but it does result in some lack of understanding. I'll give you this advice, and you should use it to live by. Noone really cares what you have to say. That's the cold hard truth.

That said, your job as a thread creator is not to make a topic that everyone agrees with. You're supposed to do something that provokes unique discussion or input, otherwise you might as well not make a thread. Honestly, when you made this post on a gaming site, what did you expect? Even in your (I'm assuming) ideal scenario, pretty much all the posts on this thread would just be something like "YEAH! I AGREE!" and really, how interesting is that? I'm not saying you shouldn't give your opinion, but if that's all you want to do, do it in response to other threads, because really, noone cares, and that way you don't make yourself the center of attention whilst you present a point that noone cares about or has heard a million times over.

yeah this is exactly what i'm on about. don't stick your head above the parapit kid. there's no point. these ****ers just want to sit at home and pour venom on anything that crosses through their screens.

Games are an escapgoat, the same for when it was films and controversally 60's rock and roll. Which now seems really tame. But anywho, this is a gamers website and guessing that 99% of the parents on here for those under 18 don't mind their little munchkins playing as they're on here now. Also there are a few members who are parents themselves and so not averse to the gaming culture.

Yup. Because obviously we're the spiteful retards. Not you, who spends time on this forum which is apparently filled with people you hate. Not you who completely misinterpreted my post. And DEFINITELY not you who decides to make a point, and then proceeds to point out a post that contradicts their own point in what little relevance it holds to it and say "SEE! THIS IS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!" Nope. I'm obviously the spiteful retard.
