To all Pokefans : Has anybody legitly caught them all?

Nope, I only skate through with the bare minimum. I also only play Nuzlocke runs a lot, which means I can't really legitimately catch them all without breaking the rules... but that IS one of the reasons that I like it.

I have not. I beat the original and started, but after catching two new ones post-endgame, I realized my team was the best in the "world" of Pokemon, so why the fuck would my character waste time gathering other useless ones?

149 in the orignal with out gameshark, but TAURUS proved to be my downfall and the sole reason I went ahead and bought a gameshark.

After that? No. Couldn't be bothered. Now they split them up like over multiple games instead of just the two, right? Fuck that noise. Maybe if you got some cool pokemon for it, but even then they'd probably ban that one from competition anyway.

I have a friend who's only missing a Shaymin. Other than that, no.

Caught every single one in Heart Gold, and once in Blue when I was first playing. Never seen a shiny though

Isn't it impossible? There are at least three pokemon that have never gotten out of japan, and I don't even know if they can be gotten IN japan... I've never gotten close, because I'm too lazy, and I like doing Nuzlockes and shiny hunts

Yes, back when there was only 151 of 'em. I did it on my Yellow version, between me and a friend from school we worked to get them all. We got Mew from another friend. He had cheated to get it, but I didn't so I don't count that.

Likewise. I've done it once on Red Version. Haven't played the version in a long time though...Saffron city was it? I think that's the location you pick up the certificate.

Im pretty sure theirs a charity that has all the games that every year try to catch 'em all in like a week. And I think they were able to do it once or twice.

I have managed to collect 382 out of the 385 possible to collect in pokemon Emerald, i'm just having troubles finding a Celebi, Mew, and Suicune.

I tried once in yellow version but after trying to catch this one pokemon (forget what it was) I could never catch it and I had raged too much that day so I saved over my game to stop myself. I believe I had about 80 of em at the time of saving myself.

I did with Blue Version. Traded a friend something for a Mew back in the day that she got from a game store event. I was so happy that I had a full roster... until I realised that now I had nothing left to do in the game.

Nope, I get a Squirtle and level it to 100 throughout the game, that's how I've played them all.

I've caught all but the three pokemon that aren't available yet in white. And I did it legitimately.

Getting those last three is only a matter of waiting so I'll just say yes.

In my old Silver version, got them all except for Mew and Celebi. What a fun childhood that was

On my Pokemon Silver, I got them all except Blissey, Espeon and Umbreon.

I even have a Mew.

I was 3 away in sapphire, I could never get a Feebas (which turned into Milotic) and I didn't know how to evolve Golbat at that time.

I got all of 151 on blue and all 251 on crystal and guess what happened. I went to see the game creators in Celadon city and talk to them and this is what they said, Congulations you've collected every pokemon well done you can now print of your pokemon diploma using the game cartridge addon. Seriously? that's it?! Who the hell ever bothered to buy that?!!!!!

I started pokemon again when diamond came out and managed to getup to 450 out 494 and realized it wasn't worth it and had wasted 449 hours on it. (I don't think i even wasted that much time on oblivion!) I can't believe I wasted that much time on it... I'm never gonna get that summer back
