I was hoping to see some reminiscing, where people talk about there experiences in diving into the bargain bin of obscurity, and came out with things that are truly and epically horrible. Instead, this seems to be entirely a bunch of people who want to trash games they happen to not like. Come ON people: I don't like Halo myself, but you point your gun at thing, press a button and they die, which gives it at least enough functionality to keep off of a worst games of all time list. Call of Duty, WoW, pretty much all those very popular games...if those are your worst games, then i'm prepared say that you REALLY don't play a lot of games.
Im not sure I can come up with 5 I have played personally, but...Ill try.
Eternity's Child: A platform that seemed to have a good art style, until they became animated. Sounded like an interesting story until you realize the game doesn't actually bother to tell you the story. Sloppy, clunky, easy to get stuck, just bad in every way.
Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Rings: I don't even remember this game very well, or even if that was its full name. I remember not doing anything in bland enviornments. It was obviously trying to capitalize on the movie, and failing. This was a total failure, and I was able to say this at the very height of my LotR fandom.
The Graveyard: I wanted to like this game, the problem is that despite its ambition, it failed at being good art. Normally It would get a few points for trying something unique keeping it off of the list, however though it merely fell short at being art, it TRULY failed at being a game. This has the strange honor of being one of the worst gamesever, but in a way I have respect for.
Blueberry Garden: Mainly for being such a let down. It sounded fun and quirky, and ended up being just downright bland. At least spectacularly bad games can be enjoyed out of irony. This game technically worked, it just didn't...do anything.
Cosmic Spacehead: A truly bad adventure game for Genesis that just grated on my nerves for some reason. In addition, tacked on platforming with frustrating, tiny jumps, 1 hit deaths, and nothing to give the sense that your guy was able to do anything meaningful.
