you know what i like about flygon? it's awesome and it kicks ass, but it doesnt go and make that official by being a pseudo-legendaryadderseal said:
1. Empoleon:
Seriously, the most badass pokemon EVER. There is no doubt in my mind that he could be anymore awesome. He's so awesome I even decided to get a large figure of him, right next to my computer stands a six inch tall version of his amazing coolness.
2. Honchkrow:
Honchkrow is a boss, his little hat makes him even more awesome. But just not as awesome as Empoleon.
3. Sceptile:
Sceptile is sweet, the only problem I have is his typing, I just wish he could be a Grass/Dragon, it might make things easier for him.
4. Weavile:
This pokemon I started liking recently, mostly due to me just now having the effort to find a spot for him on my teams, I thought he was cool before but now that I've gotten used to him, I just find him more epic now.
5. Darkrai:
Gandalf meets Darth Vader who died and became a ghost, seriously is this guy awesome. And when I was baby sitting the neighbors kids I watched his movie with them. He was epic.
And YES I did play generations 1-4, and I am aware that there are alot of newer generations as my favorites, big deal. I like the newer pokemon better.

Sableye - always a good choice for a team and it looks generally unique

Oh boy! favorite pokemon time!
Non legendary top 10 (in no particular order):
Lanturn. I have no idea why, possibly it being the only Water/Electric type and has Volt Absorb. Plus it's just so darn cute.
Absol. Yet another cute one. I like black pokemon. Plus it has some badass moves.
Umbreon. Loved Umbreon since Pokemon Colosseum let you start with one. That's when I started loving Snatch.
(The pokemon move. Get your mind out of the gutter.)
Blaziken. A fiery, ninja chicken. It seriously doesn't get any better than that. Plus one-shotting Lance's Salamences with a combo of Bulk-Up and Double Kick (that's right, Double Kick) is an experience that stays with you.
Shuckle. It's cute, and it's a freakin brick.
Scizor. Scizor's badassness needs no elaboration. Plus I like red pokemon for some reason.
Houndoom. Wicked? Check. Red AND black? check. Flamethrower and stats to use it effectively? Check. Sold.
Pachirisu. D'aww... Plus, squirrels are awesome.
Aggron. The thing's a tank. Literally. Even better now with Metal Burst, Aqua Tail, and Head Smash.
Tropius. It's a cross between a brachiosaur and a palm tree. How cool is that? And, it can freaking FLY!

I figured I should separate these. They don't play nicely with my other faves...
Articuno. One of maybe 3 useable Ice types in the game. It was the first "legendary" I ever caught (back in the days of Red version) and I loved it ever since.
Lugia. The thing is practically indestructible and can still toss out some damage. I love the animations for Aeroblast.
Mewtwo and Mew. The original badass. The definition of "ultimate" (and "uber"). And his super-cute, ultra-versatile "original". (I don't care, they count as one.)
Arceus. I don't need a reason, I just like it.
Latios and Latias. Speed, power, fantastic typing, Soul Dew, and amazing cuteness AND coolness. Doesn't get much better than that. (They also count as one. It's MY list, get off my back.)
