So apparently, lots of people from around the world tune in to watch Top Gear. I'm positive many of you will agree with me in that the show is fantastic.

So, how many of you guys around the world watch Top Gear? (The English one, Jeremy Clarkson, James May, Richard Hammond)

I'm a 23 year old woman from Australia.

And I don't drive. Yet, somehow I continue to watch Top Gear. That's how good it is!

I'll watch it if I can be bothered and it's there, but by no means do I go out of my way to watch it. It's funny at times, even if Jeremy Clarkson comes off as racist sometimes just because he can, Richard Hammond tries to be like Clarkson at every opportunity and I have no interest in cars at all.

I don't tune in specifically, but if it's on and I'm not doing anything else I'll watch it, and I'm not the slightest bit interested in cars.

I'm a 17 year old American living in a Southeast Asia democratic Island-city. And I watch Top Gear. I can't legally drive, and I don't care about cars, but the show is immensely entertaining. Some of the best British humor I've ever seen.

I actually got into it from Richard Hammond's other Tv show that involved smashing caravans, Braniac, which I got into because somebody told me that it was a sort of stupid version of Mythbusters. But funnier at times.

So... Singapore then? High Five!

OT: I have watched a bit from time to time, not really into cars and such so I don't make it a point to watch it.

I used to watch it, but it's past its prime now. They spend too much time playing stupid pranks on each other, rather than doing anything interesting.

The middle east special, in particular, was rather painful...I really liked the Africa, Artic circle and Vietnam ones, but they've lost their magic.

Watched everything they released up til today.

Their specials are just awesome, I can't stress how much I like the Vietnam special.

Seeing Jeremy fall of a scooter: soooo awesome! ;D

I think with all of them but the English one is they try and copy how Clarkson, Hammond and May are. It's more obvious with the Aussie one, and the American one is just purely awful.

I have no TV, but if I'm doing nothing on a weekend, I'll drop by the ol' iPlayer for a watch.

I think the show has kinda peaked, but it's still damn good. That snowbine in the latest episode was just crazy awesome.

The Wikipedia article says that there are something like 350 million viewers worldwide. I'm not totally sure that I believe that, but it's still pretty massive :D
OT: Yeah, I love that show! Seen nearly every episode, and all the specials.

Watch it, love it, can't live without it.
Probably the only show that deserves it's 16 seasons and more, altho I admit their golden days(season 3-10) are pretty much over the show is still fantastic.

And those resold versions TG Australia/Russia/America are just plain bad, the original presenters are 70% of the entire show, trying to do the same show without them is just pointless.

Well, it's great to know that all of these non-car people like the show, please keep watching, as it keeps it on the air for us car nuts as well - and we love it!

Of course, my favourite parts are the car reviews and the car challenges, but the humour is still fantastic, and I think I'd be a fan even if I didn't know how many wheels a car has.

For my fellow car nuts, my favourite car review.

I love Top Gear. Haven't seen many episodes, but I once watched it for 6 hours straight when I was sick & bedridden. The show is great no matter what they do, whether it be drive nice cars really fast, destroy things, build a spaceship, etc...
