Ah. no it doesn't. Decades go like so: twenties (20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29), thrities (30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37,3 8, 39) and so on. I really hope they do instead of letting the franchise stagnate. In other games, the Milkman might be a peripheral character, one who's just there for laughs or an extra sidequest, and you really wouldn't be able to do anything for him, or to him. In Psychonauts, however, the Milkman is a full-on quest, and your quest is to help him by discovering what makes him tick. If someone started counting from the first year, you would be right. But no one counts from the first year, we label decades by their name.
