Always New York. I'd be interested in, say, Chicago or Phoenix, but New York again? Come on now.

That said, game looks great. I don't think I'd be able to play it with a controller, though; The action looks fast and furious.

It looks like a great shooting game, but ONLY a great shooting game - the trailer is two minutes of blowing stuff up, with the plot essentially sidelined by explosions and bullets.

Over a century ago? Are we getting an ancient conspiracy thrown into the mix?

Well, I don't think this game takes place during the 21st century, EDIT: although apparently the first one did. I DON'T KNOW! :O Still, I don't know how he could start something so long ago and still be alive. Actually, it looks like he's a hologram in the trailer, so that may have something to do with it. Never got a chance to play the first game, but I'm really interested in this one. Hopefully I can get a new CPU before it comes out. I really want to play it on the computer. Just looking at the gameplay screams the need for mouse controls. At least if you want to do the really cool shit.

Also, what's that song? It fits really well with the video.

Dude, that looks AWESOME! It actually looks like they're trying to keep the same style as the first one. But does anyone know if it's going to be open world again? I loved that you could basically go everywhere on that island.

To my Piggybank,
"Piggy I've known you for a long time. You've held all my savings for a while now. I've always trusted you. Perhaps the only one i ever trusted. But a harsh decision is upon me. It's either you.....or the money you hold within, which i can use to buy the Supercomputer needed to run Crysis 2......and frankly, Crysis looks like it'll be fucking awesome!

I'm sorry for this piggy. Forgive me."

[throws down piggy, shattering it against the cold marble floor, now stained with crimson clay blood and a single tear drop.]
[counts money]
[Finds it to be the a few bucks less than the 10 million required for the super computer...]
"Goddamn IT!"

hopefully they wont have to dumb down the graphics for the console version too much....ahem dragon age....and hopefully they learned not to make the game two years ahead of affordable graphic cards for PC....if they did....damn

overall im really looking forward to this game i hope itll be as fun to play as it looks so far

I know I looking forward to the game. Graphics don't concern me that much. As long as the sandbox game play is still sweet, I'm cool.

It's not open-world, neither was the first.

They've said maps are a little smaller in area, but there's much more verticality because of the buildings and torn up streets.

The writing team has an award-winning sci-fi writer leading it, and another helping out. Trailers haven't focused too much on plot (they seem to want to keep it under wraps for the most part), but there've been a number of interviews with the lead writer.

Huh, so that's what they did with it.
Looks like your Generic Action Shooter With Aliens (tm)
Meh, I got better games to buy this year.

Oh droool is what this brings to mind. Hope they make a good stab at a story though the other ones were rather shocking to be fair. That said the game play was excellent.

While it's in a city it'll be interesting to see how much space they actually let you into in the high rise buildings. While every room would be a bit much and is most likely never going to happen, I hope they allow some decent exploration of the large buildings.

It looks like there will be a much greater variety of enemies, which is nice. The KPA in Crysis sometimes felt a bit lackluster and the aliens were restricted to just a small handful of critters.

How can this guy have started making A NANOSUIT over a century ago?
Well, clearly, the man who made the Nanosuit must be a time-traveller. Or a Templar. Or Both.

Great-looking trailer, and the action seems pretty fun. I'm interested, but I'll hold my judgement untill I see more of the game.
