Transformers: War for Cybertron anyone else psyced ?

I personality cannot wait till june 25 to pick up this awesome looking game.
for anyone who has not seen the trailer: so anyone else psyced about this, do you like transformers, will you be getting this?

As much as I love giant robots, transformers are just something I never really got into. It seems like something I might consider for a cheap buy way down the road. I am a little glad they just released a game instead of a movie game.

Doesn't look to bad, and at least they are basing the designs of the cartoons rather then the movies, may be worth a look later on, but i wont be rushing out to get it on launch.

I am pretty sure it will be a 3rd person shooter like the other TF games (the ps2 atari one being the best TFgame so far) but the chance of an online deathmatch makes me happy.

very awesome nostaligia, Peter Cullen is doing the voice for optimus prime, so it will be like the 1986 cartoon but much more shiny

eh never played any of the other transformers games. third person kinda bugs me, but it would be cool if they got the transforming thing happening fast, would make for some interesting MP.

The wiki says there will be a special game mode for those that preorder. WTF

h I already know enough, class based, similar to GOW in playstyle, but honestly, I would buy it anyway to finally remind myself what transformers was like before bay got his hands on it

I think the biggest appeal to me is that it lacks the squishy meat element... The second important thing now is finding out if it has decent gameplay.

Couldnt have said it better myself. Dont get me wrong I didnt mind the movies, though there wasnt enough transformers in it, but I didnt like the fact that they changed bumblebee, introduced fucked head humans like Shia and Fox, I mean I wouldnt have ninded a Spike and Sparkplug being in the films, they should have been in the films ffs. Bay's fault.

It is good to see what looks like real Transformers fans making this game, or at least some people who want to stay true to its roots.
