Trapped! A Survival Horror RP - Chapter 6: Have We Escaped Yet?

Standing up, Tyler ran off the front of the car and walked around to the garage doors as Kelsey jumped out to follow.

"Hey, look out for zombies!" she scolded at his carelessness.

"Why? I know how to take guys down, so I'm not worried." Approaching the garage, he turned to glance at the others. "You guys just gonna wait in there?"

Yvonne got out of the car, but didn't run ahead.
"Yeah, I'll stay here and keep a lookout." She said to Tyler.

Dean came up to a hatch and popped his head out. the streets were empty and he could see the wall in sight. Cars lay idling and forgotten, blood streaked down the side walks. This was the street where his family probably died. It looked like their had been a huge riot but the survivors (if you can call them that) must have all ran away to find more suitable food. Dead bodies littered the floor, riddled with bullets and covered in empty casings.

"Jesus."

"Well back here again eh Kayla?" said Will as he got out of the car with Kayla close behind him.

"Yeah. This is where I was looking for my father..." Kayla's voice trailed off into what seemed to be the void of depression.

They headed down a stone walkway towards the front door where next to it was a large, old oak tree that was there ever since Will can remember. He noticed that it was still pretty dark inside the fire hall but he didn't mind it since he had been in there once already that day to discover two things had gone right since he left home.

"I'm sure we'll find him." Will said trying to comfort her but doubted that his words would help since there was very little chance of her father being alive. "Well on a lighter note I can probably grab another fire axe since I dropped mine in the fighting. We can also probably get more supplies as well since we left out stuff in the van. I'm gonna miss my guitar..."

*Mini Update*

RareDevil:

You lift open a manhole and see dead bodies left to rot on the pavement, riddled with bullets and covered in empty casings. From the distance you can see the barricade, there are some dark figures standing around the top edges, but you can't see far enough to tell whether they are human or zombie.

Options:
1. Leave the sewers
2. Go closer to the barricade
3. Stay in the sewers and keep going
4. Other

seriously whuuut? xD You haven't given me that much action to work with here, but hey, I aim to... well I don't have an aim, its almost 4am and all the colours on my screen are moulding together

Dean slung his sniper rifle over his shoulder and looked down the scope at gas masked soldiers taking lazily on the top of the wall. He saw a shape walk towards the wall, it wasn't staggering but he couldn't tell if it was a zombie or not. The soldiers snapped to attention and riddled the body with bullets. Dean could distinctively hear a cry of pain.

*kzzt* Guys, don't trust the gate guards *kzzt* he said before dropping back in the whole. they saw him.

" Yvonne heard from one of the radio's.

"Hey Tyler, Did you hear that?" She asked him, getting more worried by the minute.

 

[Jedoro]

"Yeah, don't -something- the guards, I think," he called back. "If anyone's in here, we're humans who haven't been bitten. You've got five seconds to respond."

"You think anyone's alive?" Kelsey asked, standing behind him as he pulled out a small black grenade.

"If not, this should still disorient a zombie." Waiting for an answer, he got ready to pull the pin and kick the door open.

Bullets pinged off of the asphalt surface as dean pulled the cover back in place. Fuck, now they will be watching the sewer exits

He could only hope that not all the guards were like that trigger happy bunch.

And he wasn't to good at hoping, he was alot better at running. And so he did. He ran down the sewer as far away from the manhole as possible.

You run through the sewers and get to another fork. You see a sign on the right hand path saying "Water Treatment Facility" and an arrow pointing down the right hand side. The left side looks exactly the same, but with no sign.

Options:
1. Go right
2. Go left
3. Go back and find another way
4. Other

Tyler throws the grenade into the fire station and dives behind a tree. The explosion shakes the ground, but you hear no sounds of pain or groans from the building. The room is now filled with smoke from the grenade.

Options:
1. Go inside and take a look
2. Wait for the smoke to clear

Wilf:

You make it to the side door unseen, it's unlocked, and the key is in the other side of the door. You hear a happy cheer from somewhere on the upper levels, and more gunfire.

1. Go upstairs
2. Stay downstairs
3. Go back outside

Dean ran down the passage that read water treatment site.

Maybe just maybe it was outside of the wall, or hell had a good vantage point to get there.

As he ran the tunnels began to become cluttered with valves and pipes.

"Whoa, what the fuck?" Tyler yelled out. "I thought that was a flashbang!"

"Too late now, let's get in there and see what happened," Kelsey replied, rubbing her ears. Tyler turned on the light under his shotgun and went inside, scanning the room for anything useful. Right behind him, Kelsey searched for a light switch.
