Essentially this, because if a game doesn't offer something up for grabs first time around, then you're really only padding it out for the (to quote the guy who made this thread) "trophy whore" to play again which is actually hurting the gaming companies because more time you spend on a game means less time on other games which means when you play other games it's a chain leading to the games companies not making as much as they could. Also any achievement that involves you to...Oh let's see...lemme think... "Dignity For the Dead" on Killing Floor--You have to kill 10 zombies eating dead teammates corpses. And if you've played Afrika or heard of it, it's essentially the same thing--waiting for EXACTLY the right moment to do it...Considering most of the time the zombies want you dead, it's kind of hard to make them eat when they hack the game and can smell you 50 miles away.HSIAMetalKing said:Any achievements that must be achieved in "New Game +" mode or some similar bullshit that I'll never get around to doing.
I actually thought those two were allright - nowhere near as hard as everyone claimedspacecookie said:Keep off the Sand and Little Rocket Man - the Orange Box
Any achievement that relies on the unscripted action of other players will be and is, almost impossible to get by design.xXDeMoNiCXx said:I second this.twistedmic said:I really dislike all of those trophies/achievements that require online or multiplayer play. I am mainly a single player gamer and don't do online play, so it's impossible for me to get those types of achievements.
Not gonna argue with that statement.BiscuitTrouser said:Any achievement that relies on the unscripted action of other players will be and is, almost impossible to get by design.xXDeMoNiCXx said:I second this.twistedmic said:I really dislike all of those trophies/achievements that require online or multiplayer play.
