I don't remember many details about this game, as I did not play it much.
When I was much younger, I used to rent SNES games quite often. Back then, I wasn't really into the whole turn based RPG deal, I rented it thinking it might play a bit like Zelda, but gave up on it after only a short time.
I don't know why I started thinking about it lately, but I can recall a few details (hopefully they are accurate).
The beginning of the game takes place in some kind of jail/dungeon/prison. The player character meets an older individual within this prison and the two join together to try to get out or something.
The older character refers to the players character as 'Kid', and the player character is not pleased with this.
Once they're out, there's some illness that they must address... either for one of themselves, or for another character (I don't recall). And they must seek out some fabled 'Elixir'.
That's about all I've got. Not much to go on, I'm sure.
If this rings any bells, let me know.
Thanks
