So yesterday I was playing 1 vs. 100 on Xbox Live. I was playing the Community written video game subject. Some questions we just down right easy that if someone didn't know it that they weren't a gamer (to my prospective). So here's a question. What's one thing that you think a person should know to be considered a gamer? You know like some of the basic stuff...

For me I think every gamer should know "The Cake is a lie" phrase. A person doesn't need to know exactly what it means they just need to know that it's from portal and valve.

Well, I think playing games a lot and enjoying them is enough to qualify one as a gamer.
But hey, I don't want to make any clear cut groups, it just makes it easier for people to hate one another.

Anyway, I'd say sticking to just one genre/company/etc. Gamer is someone who has a lot vaster knowledge of gaming than knowing how to score 1337 headshots in FPSes.
