Arrested Development above all else, tbh. Firefly and Terminator: SCC are both up there, as WAS Futurama, but that resolved itself nicely.

Seriously though, Arrested Development. I hear rumors that a movie is being made (and an IMDB page) and that they got the entire original cast. Can anyone verify this? If so, I'd say that is some awesome news. I would name my favorite actor/actress that I most look forward to seeing again in their respective role, but I just can't choose.

Oh hell, it's Buster.

Firefly, Invader Zim, The Unit, Life on Mars, Journeyman, in that order. And countless others, let us take a moment to remember our fallen heroes.

I would do anything to bring them back.
I used to watch that ALL THE TIME with my family! Had no idea it was cancelled!

All the old cartoons I grew up with (looney tunes, scooby doo, rugrats, angry beavers, doug, hey arnold, catdog, etc), full metal challenge, battlebots (or whatever that show was called), and pretty much everything good.

YES! BATTLEBOTS. I miss that show so much!

There was a cop comedy/drama that only lasted one season called "10-8 Officers on Duty." It had Ernie Hudson from Ghostbusters and a younger actor I haven't seen do anything else since. It was a really good show, but only went for about 12 episodes.

Also: The Lone Gunmen. The X-Files spinoff show. It was AWESOME.

MTV's Down Town and The State.

It's easy to forget that MTV actually made some good shit back in the 90's.

Firefly, Boston Legal, Arrested Development... those are the big ones.
A thousand times YES to this.

And Mystery Science Theater 3000[footnote]RiffTrax doesn't count, tho it IS good...[/footnote].
The day that ended was a very dark, sad day...

I figured more people would say Jericho because that show was awesome as hell.

No wonder they cancelled it.

God yes.

Buster: Mom is becoming a little controlling.
Michael: What tipped you off? When she locked you out on the balcony again?
Buster: That was half my fault. I thought I saw a Graham Cracker out there.
Michael: You baited the balcony?
Lucille Bluth: Prove it.

That NEVER ceases to make me laugh uproariously.

Invader Zim of course. Although Jhonen Vasquez hated working on it so it's unlikely it'd ever return anyway.
Why did he hate working on it?

Also for me, too many shows, actually a lot of my favourite shows ended but actually ended because they were finished, not because they were canceled

Besides the obvious (Firefly - "Serenity" was nice, but not enough) I'll say the X-Men Animated Series from the '90s. The last season had a change in animators, and ended on a cliffhanger. I STILL hate that that happened.

chalk up another one for Firefly. That show was so awesome...

I rented the first DVD of the set, watched it, cancelled the rest (netflix) and went out to buy the box set.

Spectacular Spiderman, I know it's a little early to say it's dead, but when Disney announce that there is going to be a show called Ultimate Spiderman, then you can pronounce Spectacular dead and buried. Also Reaper and Firefly left me wanting even more, sadly we didn't get that.

Scrubs, eight (and a .... thing, seriously what is the ninth season meant to be in comparison to the other 8) seasons was simply not enough for my favourite Tv show ever.

Too many restrictions and being told what to do all the time. With his comic books he could do whatever the hell he wished and he wouldn't get asked to alter it to suit the people paying him. The comic book 'I Feel Sick' is actually based upon the feeling he got from doing Zim.
