With the economy the way it is and the fact that the companies are still trying to clawback the investments they made on the current generation of consoles this kind of makes sense. However, NO new IPS? That's a bit narrow-minded. What if every other developer makes this decision in order to "cut costs" or to say what they actually mean "make more profit."
