Okay, I think I've got a few:

Uplink: Hacker Elite. Not that obscure, but an interesting game about hacking. Got too repetitive after a while, though.
Damn, you beat me to it. That game wasn't perfect by any means, but it's easily the most immersive game I've played.

I'll add Mole Mania, a fun little puzzle game for the Game Boy. As far as I know, that one didn't go anywhere. It was still quite good, though.

I'll also mention Act-Fancer: Cybernetick Hyperweapon. It's an arcade game, so good luck finding it.

Thank you all for this, by the way. It was a great nostalgia trip. It almost makes me want to go play Jetpack again...

The White Chamber, by Studio Trophis:

Great little survival horror game.

Rhapsody:

This one's a silly musical strategy RPG.

A really great platformer. If you find it, then do give it a chance.

Remember all that fuss about a Ghostbusters game...

This one is great for toddlers. Did wonders for my 2 year olds hand/eye skills and concentration

Very similar to Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy, and both seemed to cancel the other out on release.

One of my favourite FPS. Really good fun.

All the fun of Tony Hawkes(used the same game engine) but none of the frustration.

Bored with Burnout..? This has all the fun of the classic and provides more of a challenge.

Two game that genuinely freaked me out.

Cutthroats: Terror on the High Seas

It was bugged as hell, but the artwork was stunning. I spend many a hour being a pirate, arr! Too bad I lost the game. Not that it would run on my laptop anyway...

It's an amazing game.

Deception 3: Dark Delusion

They're all awesome, but this is my favorite. Why save people when you can trap them and harvest their bodies to make even better, deadlier traps?

Any body ever hear of Littlewing? They're an obscure games developer who exclusively make Pinball simulations. They've made 8 to my knowledge: TRISTAN, Crystal Caliburn, Loony Labyrinth, Angel Egg (My Favorite), Golden Logres, JINNI ZEALA, Monster Fair and Fairy Tower. Has anyone ever played one of these? Becuase nobody I know has. Angel Egg happened to be my favorite, because I liked the music, and the gameplay was GREAT. You had to collect 'Eggs' by bouncing the ball of certain things or going through certain places... Then when you have enough you can Hatch one of 7 Angels, each with their own special rewards for doing so. AWSOME :D
Computer, and you can download free trials of the 8 games from the Littlewing website. ENJOY

That sounds like fun, is that computer or console?

The Dig. Point-and-click'er from the glory days of LucasArts. I recall it starting off a lot like Armageddon, what with the asteroid coming at Earth bit but after that it went completely bananas when *spoilers* the 'roid turns into a spaceship and flies off to this random planet. Good game. Much better then Armageddon, at any rate.
Bought The Dig on steam a few days back for 2.50. To be precise it was actually this http://store.steampowered.com/sub/2102/

So that's all 4 of those games for a total of 2.50. If steam were a person, I'd marry it.

I loved Majestic the game. It had its issues, but the idea and the level of contact was impressive. Unfortunately 9/11 kinda killed the ability to call people at 2 AM and threaten to kill them if they dont deliver a package.
Good lord yes, Majestic. Did that ever actually get off the ground. I remember getting quite psyched about it here in the UK, early morning death threats notwithstanding, but either it never materialised or I just managed to miss it entirely.
They did start it in the US, it made it about a month or two if I remember correctly. It was very fun, and a reboot with current tech would be awesome i believe.

These games are all done by inScape, and I've only met like one other person who knows of their games and the only reason that person did was because he was a huge Residents fan.

The Dark Eye and Bad Day at the Midway are good, they're more of an experience than really a true game, but they're worth the ride. The Dark Eye is nightmare fuel and if you like Poe's stories, you should dig up a copy and while your at it you can bring back the Holy Grail. What makes it a unique experience is that you play through 3 of Poe's stories (Berenice, The Cask of Amontillado, The Tell Tale Heart) to progress the game, but the twist is you have to play each story twice, once as the killer once as the victim. The creepy ass people who live from the deepest, darkest recesses of the uncanny valley manage to give me chills and my claustrophobia doesn't benefit from playing as the victim in "Cask of Amontillado".

Bad day on the Midway is like The Dark Eye in that it's an experience rather than a game. It's weird, funky, scary, and all over the place but it's entertaining.

That devo game though..... STAY THE HELL AWAY. Even if you like Devo (What in the hell are you? What planet did you come from!!? PLEASE TELL ME YOU AREN'T A HOSTILE RACE!) it's one of the worst games out there. Unlike Dark Eye and Bad Day at the Midway, it DESERVES to be buried.

How about "Obscure" for the PS2? That's a pretty Obscure game....

http://ps2.ign.com/articles/596/596779p1.html

It was pretty decent, and even got a sequel...
Darn, you got me. I was going to say the Obscure games. Not many people liked them but I love them. :3

I'm gonna have to say...Koudelka on the PS1. If you know this game, I'd have to seriously shower you in cookies.

Took me almost three years to finally track down a copy and every game person I encountered along the way gave me a blank stare when I mentioned it.

So Deathrow is an action/brawler/sports game. It's set in the future where people participate in the bloodiest sport known to man. I won more games by KO'ing the entire other team than I did actually playing the sport, which by the way is like basketball but with a charged up disc that you can use to damn near kill people. Loads of swearing and violence, this game earned it's M rating. It was also fun as hell, and even more fun when you played co-op split-screen.

Oh my God, I forgot about Littlewing? D: I owned all of their pinball games at one time or another. Clear back to Tristan...
