Unforgivable Gaming Sins

I think TF2 is complete trash.

I've played both console versions and the PC version. I think the game is less than mediocre, and I can't stand the amount of fanboys it has.

OT: I couldn't get into Oblivion. It was alright, but I just didn't see the hype. Oddly enough, though, I really like Fallout 3, which has a lot of similar qualities. * Readies Flame-Shield*

Apparently I'm a blasphemer because I liked Ashley more than Tali in Mass Effect. That said, that's something I certainly don't regret but it is something that earns me some quite negative feedback from time to time. If you like Tali that's fine, but I personally prefer Ashley.

Also I am coming out and admitting that most of the time I play games on the easiest difficulty settings. This is largely because to me the fun in games is the escapism and freely wandering around a fictional world, not swearing in annoyance as I die for the millionth time. So I play for the escapism and not the challenge, which is not to say I don't like challenge I just typically prefer exploration and immersion.
I am still kind of a ashamed of that though because it always comes across like I'm defending my own noobishness with weak excuses.

Oh yes, and I think that Halo is awesome and not in the least bit bland or mediocre or overrated, even though apparently hating it is generally required these days.

I like Nintendo, I dislike Oblivion, but I do like Fallout 3. I guess I should say that I've never played the two original Fallouts. I also liked CoD 4 and MW2, or at least I liked their campaigns.

I do not care Modern Warfare 2. Many people would call me an idiot for this, in fact they have. The story I thought was great but the gameplay is just meh to me.

I have played through numerous times, find few problems and enjoyed RE5. I also don't like GTA4 and think Fallout 3 is bland.

"Boycotting" MW2 and then buying the game. Being an uninformed gamer to me is the greatest gaming sin of all.

I think you mean MW2.

Seriously though is there really any reason to hate TF2? I cannot think of a single complaint to be had (except for the console version for obvious reasons).

Umm, I don't have Steam and never will.

I've never finished either of the Fable games

Bethesda's character creations creep me the hell out

I've never played any of the Half life games to completion

I believe Sonic is a dead bug on the windshield of gaming that should have been wiped off long, long, long ago

I like Sega Genesis RPGs better than SNES (for some reason this gets me a lot of flak), honestly I think Phantasy Star IV had better story telling than Final Fantasy VI(through cutscenes vs sprites).

They're both great titles, but I never got blew peoples minds about Final Fantasy VI, it's great sure but every time I say "It's pretty good" I get glared at.

To top it off I love the Shining Force games and hate Fire Emblem, I am done with the FE series. I can't stand the shop system nor the dead=dead system. It's not about the difficulty it's more about hey, now I gotta replay an HOUR AND A HALF because they one shotted one of my characters.

Iv never played a SMT or a Persona game.
And JRPGS are one of my favorite types of games.

Why is liking JRPG's a sin?
My sins...having never played a Zelda game, and hating GTA.

I liked Oblivion more than Morrowind because a first person RPG should let you have some influence in the outcome of a combat, dagnammit.
