UC Berkeley, BioEngineering major.

It sounds impressive to a lot of people, but frankly, the quality of students here is kinda depressing. It might just be that I have high standards, but I can't help but feel as though I'm still surrounded by the same idiots I've been dealing with for much of my life (doesn't help that the idiots for the first 18.9 years also tended away from public drunkenness - I'll probably have a much more positive impression as soon as I move out of the residence halls).
I went to the University of Virginia, which is pretty much the East Coast version of Berkeley. The unofficial motto is "Study hard, party hard" - you are expected to get good grades AND drink yourself silly 3 nights a week. I wasn't into that culture, but I definitely had that kind of free time. #1 skill for an English degree: Learn to write academic papers at 3 pages per hour.

I'm studying Psychology. I'm a freshman, so I just love my schedule, it's nice and flexible, and the courses are pretty entertaining. I had no idea that becoming a shrink can be so fun.

Georgia Southern psych major, of course a lot of people here are psych majors because it's basically where everyone that wants to do any type of social science in Georgia without having to go to UGA ends up.

Was at University of Nottingham (UK) studying Biochemistry and Biological Chemistry; but after social and maths-related problems dropped out.

Now at University of Birmingham (UK) studying Classical Literature and Civilisation - it's amazing fun, I must say...even being one of the older students in my part of the course (most are 18/19 and I'm 20 - so it's not by much but enough for jokes etc).
